{"id":9655,"date":"2020-11-05T22:53:04","date_gmt":"2020-11-06T01:53:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sabado100.com.ar\/?p=9655"},"modified":"2020-11-05T22:53:04","modified_gmt":"2020-11-06T01:53:04","slug":"continua-el-rebote-en-la-economia-provincial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sabado100.com.ar\/es-ar\/continua-el-rebote-en-la-economia-provincial\/","title":{"rendered":"Contin\u00faa el rebote en la econom\u00eda provincial"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En agosto de 2020, el \u00cdndice Compuesto Coincidente de Actividad Econ\u00f3mica de la Provincia de Santa Fe (ICASFe) registr\u00f3 su tercera tasa mensual positiva, la cual se ubic\u00f3 en 0,6%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con este resultado, la ca\u00edda acumulada en los primeros ocho meses del a\u00f1o, se reduce a -1,7% y en raz\u00f3n de las variaciones positivas de los meses de junio, julio y agosto, la contracci\u00f3n interanual (agosto de 2020 versus agosto de 2019) recorta la ca\u00edda al -4,6%. As\u00ed lo expresa el Centro de Estudios y Servicios de la Bolsa de Comercio de Santa Fe, que elabora el ICASFe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.ellitoral.com\/um\/fotos\/335772_2.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las series que tuvieron una variaci\u00f3n positiva fueron las siguientes: demanda laboral, 13,4%; gas industrial, 5,5%; consumo de cemento, 4,3%; molienda de oleaginosas, 2,3%; patentamiento de nuevos veh\u00edculos, 1,8%; hidrocarburos para la agroindustria y para el transporte, 1,5%; energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica industrial, 1,2% y puestos de trabajo, 0,1%<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los sectores que tuvieron un desempe\u00f1o negativo, fueron los siguientes: venta de maquinaria agr\u00edcola, -0,1%; recursos tributarios, -0,2%; remuneraciones reales, -0,2%, ventas de supermercados, -0,6%; faena de ganado bovino y porcino, -0,6% y producci\u00f3n l\u00e1ctea, -0,9%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El informe aclara que si bien la serie \u201cdemanda laboral\u201d lidera la tabla de variaciones mensuales, la serie se encuentra en un baj\u00edsimo nivel hist\u00f3rico, con una contracci\u00f3n interanual de -25,8%. Asimismo,&nbsp; \u201cpuestos de trabajo registrados\u201d (altas netas), present\u00f3 una tasa mensual levemente positiva (0,1%), con una baja acumulada en los \u00faltimos doce meses de -3,3%.<br \/>En tanto la masa de \u201cremuneraciones reales\u201d perdi\u00f3 otro 0,2% respecto de julio, y en el c\u00e1lculo interanual, el poder adquisitivo del conjunto de los trabajadores formales, se ubic\u00f3 en -5,2%, asevera el informe del Centro de Estudios y Servicios de la BCSF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>S\u00edntesis y perspectivas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Otro dato que aporta el informe,&nbsp; refiere a \u201cventas en supermercados\u201d, serie que tuvo una contracci\u00f3n mensual del &#8211; 0,6%, pero que presenta una contracci\u00f3n interanual del -5,6%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cComo respuesta a los resultados favorables registrados en los \u00faltimos tres meses analizados, la variaci\u00f3n interanual del \u00edndice coincidente se redujo a -4,6% en agosto de 2020. En s\u00ed mismo, este rebote que se visualiza entre junio y agosto, responde fundamentalmente a la reactivaci\u00f3n de actividades inhabilitadas parcial o totalmente por el ASPO. M\u00e1s a\u00fan, las medidas preventivas siguen afectando en mayor o menor medida a ciertos sectores y la recomposici\u00f3n de la actividad seguir\u00e1 siendo heterog\u00e9nea entre las distintas cadenas productivas. Esto se observa claramente en los indicadores del mercado laboral y del consumo, que atraviesan una situaci\u00f3n muy deprimida\u201d, consigna el informe del CES.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cCon una mirada en el mediano plazo, la cuesti\u00f3n sigue puesta en dilucidar si esta mejora puede consolidarse. Desde lo esencialmente t\u00e9cnico existen dos elementos para aportar a esta discusi\u00f3n, que estar\u00edan indicando que todav\u00eda no est\u00e1n dadas las condiciones m\u00ednimas. En primer lugar, para fechar un punto de giro (valle), se necesitan al menos cinco variaciones mensuales positivas consecutivas, entre otros factores objetivos.
