En los \u00faltimos meses fueron presentados 6 proyectos de Ley de ESI y, si bien parece haber acuerdo social en considerar conveniente que en las escuelas se complemente la educaci\u00f3n sexual que brinda la familia, la dificultad se presenta al intentar definir desde qu\u00e9 paradigma se implementar\u00e1n los programas de ESI y cu\u00e1l ser\u00e1 el rol de los padres.<br \/>Los diputados del Bloque Somos Vida y Familia presentaron un proyecto basado en la Ley Nacional de ESI. Este reconoce la importancia de los padres en la educaci\u00f3n de los ni\u00f1os y contempla que los contenidos y m\u00e9todos pedag\u00f3gicos sean conocidos y autorizados previamente por los padres, y la posibilidad de adecuarlos. Organizaciones civiles y religiosas, instituciones educativas confesionales y profesionales especialistas en la materia se muestran a favor de este proyecto, al igual que agrupaciones de padres y de docentes que exigen que el Estado cumpla con su deber de brindar una educaci\u00f3n que respete el principio de neutralidad ideol\u00f3gica.<br \/>Por otra parte, se presentaron otros 4 proyectos en la C\u00e1mara de Diputados<br \/>(Busatto, Donet, Granata-Florito y Mahmud) y uno en el Senado (Traferri) que, apoyados e impulsados por agrupaciones feministas y de disidencias sexuales, definen a la ESI como una pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica, y no como un derecho de los educandos, y la transforman en obligatoria y transversal, fundamentada desde la perspectiva de g\u00e9nero, derechos humanos y las diversidades sexuales sin posibilidad de ser adaptada a las convicciones de los miembros de la comunidad educativa ni al ideario institucional.<br \/>Estas dos posiciones son casi antag\u00f3nicas y la pregunta retumba: \u00bfa qui\u00e9nes<br \/>escuchar\u00e1n los legisladores? La respuesta es importante, se trata de que se<br \/>garanticen los derechos fundamentales de los ni\u00f1os y adolescentes frente a<br \/>perspectivas revolucionarias que exigen un cambio cultural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00bfSer\u00e1 posible el consenso?<\/strong><br \/>Es necesario implementar un programa de ESI en las escuelas en forma<br \/>sistem\u00e1tica que permita prevenir el abuso sexual infantil, el embarazo<br \/>adolescente no programado, las infecciones de transmisi\u00f3n sexual y las<br \/>relaciones violentas. Los padres deben tomar conciencia de la importancia de este asunto y asumir el rol protag\u00f3nico que deben tener en la educaci\u00f3n de sus hijos y en la defensa de sus derechos.<br \/>Imponer una visi\u00f3n \u00fanica del hombre y de su sexualidad, obligar a las<br \/>instituciones, familias y personas a adscribirse a esta genera tensiones y, m\u00e1s grave a\u00fan, vulnera derechos individuales garantizados por nuestra Carta Magna: la libertad de conciencia, pensamiento y religi\u00f3n, el respeto a la integridad e intimidad. El desaf\u00edo para los legisladores santafesinos es sancionar, despojados de toda ideolog\u00eda, la mejor Ley de ESI, la que respete y garantice los derechos de los ni\u00f1os y adolescentes.
