Porque defienden sus intereses econ\u00f3micos horadando medi\u00e1ticamente a la dirigencia pol\u00edtica y cuentan con el reaseguro de un poder judicial, influyendo sobre muchos de sus jueces. Esto s\u00f3lo justifica una reforma judicial profunda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aqu\u00e9llos intensos debates de la ley de medios han sido \u00fatiles en lo cultural. Gracias a ellos hoy la sociedad puede comprender un poco m\u00e1s como funciona el poder en nuestros pa\u00edses. Y madura mejor algunas cosas, comprende el debate de una ley que empiece a reformar la justicia y entiende que intereses representan algunos comunicadores y pol\u00edticos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un 29 de agosto de 1810 nac\u00eda en Tucum\u00e1n Juan Bautista Alberdi, gran inspirador de la Constituci\u00f3n argentina sancionada en 1853. En su homenaje las abogadas y los abogados celebramos nuestro d\u00eda. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es muy importante que la abogac\u00eda comprenda que es articuladora de un poder simb\u00f3lico que la sociedad le presta, desde el litigio individual hasta la abogac\u00eda social, pasando por la negociaci\u00f3n profesional y la composici\u00f3n de los conflictos antes de que ocurran. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n la sociedad nos otorga a los abogados una tarea p\u00fablica, que a veces cuesta ser asumida plenamente.
