{"id":874,"date":"2006-06-27T22:46:08","date_gmt":"2006-06-27T20:46:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sabado100.com.ar\/?p=874"},"modified":"2006-06-27T22:46:08","modified_gmt":"2006-06-27T20:46:08","slug":"argentina-y-brasil-celebraron-un-nuevo-acuerdo-automotriz","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sabado100.com.ar\/es-ar\/argentina-y-brasil-celebraron-un-nuevo-acuerdo-automotriz\/","title":{"rendered":"Argentina y Brasil celebraron un nuevo acuerdo automotriz"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>              La Argentina y Brasil celebraron hoy un convenio que modifica las condiciones del comercio de veh\u00edculos  y autopartes entre los dos pa\u00edses, por los pr\u00f3ximos dos a\u00f1os.<br \/>\n              En el Sal\u00f3n de Situaci\u00f3n de la Casa Rosada y con la presencia del Presidente de la Naci\u00f3n, Dr. N\u00e9stor Kirchner, se dieron cita los ministros de estado de Argentina y Brasil, representantes de entidades empresarias y de los sectores automotriz y autopartista. La Ministro de Econom\u00eda Felisa Miceli y su par brasile\u00f1o, Luis Furl\u00e1n fueron quienes rubricaron el convenio que, a partir del 1ero. de Julio, tendr\u00e1 vigencia por los pr\u00f3ximos dos a\u00f1os.<br \/>\n              Entre los aspectos sobresalientes de este acuerdo estrat\u00e9gico, que en primera instancia beneficiar\u00eda a nuestros pa\u00eds, se destaca la disminuci\u00f3n del indicador de intercambio entre ambos pa\u00edses denominado FLEX, del 2.6 al 1.95 y un nuevo r\u00e9gimen de sanciones a aquellas empresas que lo superen. Es decir que cada pa\u00eds podr\u00e1 importar 195 d\u00f3lares por cada 100 d\u00f3lares que exporte, desde los 260 d\u00f3lares que pod\u00eda importar con el pacto anterior. As\u00ed, Brasil deber\u00e1 importar m\u00e1s bienes de la Argentina o restringir sus exportaciones, aunque durante el primer a\u00f1o del acuerdo se permitir\u00e1 que el Flex marque un limite de 210 d\u00f3lares.<br \/>\n               En relaci\u00f3n a lo manifestado por la Ministro Miceli, el acuerdo, que representa la culminaci\u00f3n de las negociaciones iniciadas a principios de 2006, beneficia a ambas partes  permitiendo desarrollar nuevas inversiones y la reconstrucci\u00f3n del sector autopartista nacional. Miceli anunci\u00f3 adem\u00e1s la celebraci\u00f3n de un futuro acuerdo automotriz con M\u00e9xico que permitir\u00e1 desarrollar la cadena de valor de la Industria Automotriz y Autopartista Nacional.<br \/>\n               Entre las autoridades presentes se encontraban, adem\u00e1s, el Ministro de Planificaci\u00f3n, Julio De Vido; el Secretario de Industria, Miguel Peirano y el Canciller, Jorge Taiana. Por Brasil se dieron cita el Ministro de Desarrollo, Luis Furl\u00e1n; el Secretario de Desarrollo, Sergio Martins de Melho y el Embajador en Argentina Mauro Viera.<br \/>\n               Las entidades Empresarias que agrupan a los autopartistas y a las terminales automotrices estuvieron representadas por el Presidente de AFYDREM, Ing.
