{"id":4625,"date":"2016-08-27T16:11:02","date_gmt":"2016-08-27T14:11:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sabado100.com.ar\/?p=4625"},"modified":"2016-08-27T16:11:02","modified_gmt":"2016-08-27T14:11:02","slug":"ecos-cuando-la-justicia-no-hace-justicia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sabado100.com.ar\/es-ar\/ecos-cuando-la-justicia-no-hace-justicia\/","title":{"rendered":"Ecos: cuando la justicia no hace justicia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Se trata del editorial del programa \u00abS\u00e1bado 100\u00bb por radio Sol Rafaela FM 90,9, que conduce Emilio Grande (h.).- Para graficarlo con todas las letras: es una verg\u00fcenza social\u2026 La Corte Suprema de Justicia de Santa Fe rechaz\u00f3 una apelaci\u00f3n presentada por los familiares de las v\u00edctimas de la \u00abtragedia del Colegio Ecos\u00bb con 12 muertos, de ellos 9 estudiantes, una docente y el chofer y acompa\u00f1ante del cami\u00f3n que se estrell\u00f3 contra el \u00f3mnibus, comprob\u00e1ndose que el conductor estaba ebrio, al ratificar la prescripci\u00f3n de la causa.<br \/>\nEl recurso elevado al m\u00e1ximo tribunal era el \u00faltimo para llegar a alguna decisi\u00f3n, seg\u00fan puntualizaron familiares de las v\u00edctimas, ya que en el mes de mayo de 2015 la C\u00e1mara Penal de Rafaela hab\u00eda cerrado el caso, al resolver tambi\u00e9n la prescripci\u00f3n del mismo, lo cual ahora fue ratificado por la Corte, con fallo dividido.<br \/>\nEsta decisi\u00f3n de la Corte santafesina presupone la prescripci\u00f3n definitiva de la causa. Sergio Lev\u00edn, padre de una de las v\u00edctimas y uno de los creadores de la fundaci\u00f3n Conduciendo a Conciencia, que se form\u00f3 despu\u00e9s del accidente fatal en la ruta 11, a la altura de Margarita expres\u00f3 indignado: \u00abPara la justicia, luego de 10 a\u00f1os, nadie choc\u00f3, nadie tom\u00f3 alcohol, nadie condujo mal, pero murieron 9 chicos y una docente. La causa tiene la particularidad de que en la vieja justicia de Santa Fe no existe querellante. El fiscal s\u00f3lo puede apelar. Ahora eso cambi\u00f3, pero la causa Ecos qued\u00f3 en la vieja justicia. Hubo irregularidades. Un juez no le tom\u00f3 declaraci\u00f3n al imputado\u00bb.<br \/>\nSeg\u00fan el expediente judicial, el cami\u00f3n de la empresa Sarita circulaba en zig-zag porque su conductor, Angel Soto, quien falleci\u00f3 tras el choque, se encontraba altamente alcoholizado. Un acompa\u00f1ante del camionero tambi\u00e9n muri\u00f3 por el accidente. El micro trasladaba alumnos, ex alumnos, profesores y directivos del colegio Ecos, de la ciudad de Buenos Aires, que retornaban de una actividad solidaria en una escuelita chaque\u00f1a de El Paraisal.<br \/>\nEn 2013, el ch\u00f3fer del \u00f3mnibus donde viajaban los alumnos, Oscar Atama\u00f1uk, fue condenado por la Justicia de Reconquista a la pena de dos a\u00f1os y seis meses de prisi\u00f3n de ejecuci\u00f3n condicional e inhabilitaci\u00f3n especial para conducir veh\u00edculos durante 5 a\u00f1os, por los delitos de homicidio culposo m\u00faltiple agravado y lesiones culposas agravadas en concurso ideal.<br \/>\nLa causa moviliz\u00f3 a alumnos y padres del colegio, que lanzaron una campa\u00f1a de concientizaci\u00f3n: el lema \u00abTodos fuimos, todos somos, todos podemos ser\u00bb, se repite en los festivales que se organizan cada a\u00f1o.
