Grande.-<\/strong> Este es mi cuarto art\u00edculo comentando la necesidad de un trabajo para que no digan otros visitantes lo que expres\u00f3 un tucumano, consignado en la nota del 9 de febrero \u00faltimo: \u201cUna ciudad tan linda con veredas tan feas\u201d.<br \/>\nVisitar la ciudad, esas aceras causan mala impresi\u00f3n, m\u00e1s para los rafaelinos en general que diariamente las caminan, las que resultan permanente peligro para un porrazo con imprevisibles consecuencias para los sanos y con mayor riesgo para quienes se ayudan con bast\u00f3n o muletas; y peor a\u00fan para esas madres que empujan cochecitos con sus beb\u00e9s, las que generalmente optan por bajar a la calzada, lo que genera un potencial peligro para los automovilistas, motociclistas y ciclistas.<br \/>\nEl tema de la veredas rotas, algunas en ese estado desde hace lustros y otras que llevan decenas de a\u00f1os en esa situaci\u00f3n, provoca todo tipo de comentarios. Hay quienes piensan que los intendentes, cada uno a su turno, no toman la debida decisi\u00f3n porque es algo muy sensible para los bolsillos de los frentistas en v\u00edsperas de elecciones. No creemos que eso pase por la mente del actual titular del Ejecutivo, arquitecto Luis Castellano, porque estamos a m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o para volver a las urnas.<br \/>\nOtros piensan que las autoridades municipales deber\u00edan proceder con cierto rigor e intimar primero y al no haber respuestas, hacer el trabajo y remitirle la factura a pagar al contado con descuento o sin este en varias cuotas mensuales a los due\u00f1os de los inmuebles.<br \/>\nPregunto: para que a los frentistas con veredas en mal estado el arreglo les cueste mucho menos \u00bfno se podr\u00eda realizar con personal tomado por la Municipalidad como hace para el mejoramiento del sector adoquinado?, pr\u00e1ctica esta que adem\u00e1s beneficiar\u00eda a decenas de desocupados.<br \/>\nTampoco falta quienes piensan en voz alta en el sentido que para el tema veredas rotas se podr\u00eda adicionar determinado valor a la Tasa Municipal para financiar el trabajo a cargo de obreros municipales, lo que beneficiar\u00eda a los frentistas en particular y a los peatones en general.<br \/>\nSon opiniones, son sugerencias, son comentarios. Lo concreto es que esta \u201cciudad tan linda con veredas tan feas\u201d no deber\u00eda seguir desmereci\u00e9ndola m\u00e1s tiempo con este problema.<br \/>\nPara solucionarlo el Departamento Ejecutivo o el Concejo Municipal deber\u00edan competir para ver qui\u00e9n se ocupa primero del tema, rest\u00e1ndole tanto tiempo que le dedican, sin soluci\u00f3n, a lo de los j\u00f3venes que lavan autos en la calle o al estacionamiento medido y dedicarse de una buena vez al pintado de sendas peatonales en pleno centro, algunas inexplicablemente postergadas, como es el caso de las cuatro esquinas de la plaza 25 de Mayo, especialmente la de Lavalle y San Mart\u00edn.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fuente:<\/strong> diario La Opini\u00f3n, Rafaela, 23 de agosto de 2016.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por Emilio J.
