Ciertamente, la conformaci\u00f3n del nuevo congreso puede establecer el \u00e1mbito de ese debate.<br \/>\nCon los resultados escrutados, Scioli le sac\u00f3 8 puntos a Macri sumando los votos de los otros integrantes de Cambiemos, con lo cual el actual gobernador est\u00e1 cerca de ganar en primera vuelta en las generales del 25 de octubre, siempre y cuando saque una diferencia del 10 puntos su inmediato escolta o llegue al 45% de los votos, como establece la reforma de la Constituci\u00f3n Nacional.<br \/>\nScioli sac\u00f3 un poco m\u00e1s del porcentaje hist\u00f3rico del peronismo del 35%, pero tiene algunos interrogantes a sortear: en la interna bonaerense se impuso el cuestionado An\u00edbal Fern\u00e1ndez quien fue denunciado por su vinculaci\u00f3n al narcotr\u00e1fico, las inundaciones de estos d\u00edas en la provincia de Buenos Aires que muestran la falta de gesti\u00f3n en las obras desde hace a\u00f1os, sumado a la inseguridad en el cornurbano, entre otros.<br \/>\nPor el lado de Macri, \u00bfest\u00e1 en condiciones de revertir este resultado y forzar que haya ballotage el 22 de noviembre? \u00bfDe qu\u00e9 manera podr\u00e1 mantener todos los votos Sanz y Carri\u00f3, y adem\u00e1s agregar los votos especialmente de De la Sota y Massa?<br \/>\nA nivel provincial, en Buenos Aires sorprendi\u00f3 Mar\u00eda Eugenia Vidal con el 29% de los votantes que a nivel individual sali\u00f3 primera, frente a una interna peronista de An\u00edbal Fern\u00e1ndez y Dom\u00ednguez, que totalizaron un 40%.<br \/>\nEn la provincia de Santa Fe el triunfo del rafaelino Perotti quien obtuvo el 34%, Reutemann 28%, Romagnoli la sorpresa con el 18% y el decadente Binner el 13%. Lo llamativo es que Macri se impuso en nuestra ciudad, bien podr\u00eda servir la frase evang\u00e9lica de que \u201cnadie es profeta en su tierra\u201d\u2026<br \/>\nCon esta elecci\u00f3n, tambi\u00e9n se ve claramente la profundizaci\u00f3n del decaimiento de dos fuerzas pol\u00edticas tradicionales como son el radicalismo y el socialismo, emergiendo claramente el PRO a nivel nacional frente a un poder\u00edo territorial del peronismo en casi todo el pa\u00eds.<br \/>\nEstamos frente a un final de ciclo de 12 a\u00f1os del kirchnerismo con N\u00e9stor y Cristina que tanto da\u00f1o le hicieron al pa\u00eds: mentiras, subsidios, proliferaci\u00f3n del narcotr\u00e1fico, no respeto a las instituciones republicanas.
