proyecto de ordenanza referente al R\u00e9gimen Rafaelino de Incentivos para Grandes Inversiones (RRIGI), presentado por el Departamento Ejecutivo, pero donde en la parte medular de su contenido, cual es la disminuci\u00f3n de tributos municipales, el concejal Lisandro M\u00e1rsico logr\u00f3 incorporar modificaciones m\u00e1s beneficiosas para las empresas que quieran invertir en la ciudad.<br>\u201cEl R\u00e9gimen Rafaelino de Incentivos para Grandes Inversiones es una iniciativa que busca fortalecer la competitividad econ\u00f3mica de la ciudad, atraer nuevas inversiones, acompa\u00f1ar la expansi\u00f3n de las empresas locales y consolidar a Rafaela como un polo productivo\u201d, inform\u00f3 el concejal Lisandro M\u00e1rsico.<br>\u201cEl Intendente present\u00f3 su propuesta, la cual estaba carente de un verdadero incentivo fiscal para las empresas que deseen invertir en la ciudad, por lo que observ\u00e9 que el Centro Comercial e Industrial hab\u00eda trabajado en una iniciativa posible para que verdaderamente nos constituyamos en un centro de atracci\u00f3n de inversiones y la plasm\u00e9 dentro de las modificaciones incorporadas\u201d, dijo el edil perteneciente al Partido Dem\u00f3crata Progresista.<br>\u201cEl eje de la cuesti\u00f3n est\u00e1 en la reducci\u00f3n de tributos, derechos y estabilidad tributaria para las empresas que quieran invertir en Rafaela, todo en l\u00ednea con el R\u00e9gimen de Promoci\u00f3n Industrial Provincial y \u00e9l RRIGI incorporado en la ley Bases nacional\u201d, sostuvo el concejal demoprogresista.<br>\u201cSe busca la creaci\u00f3n de puestos de trabajo, motivar a empresas locales o de otras jurisdicciones a la contrataci\u00f3n de mano de obra, porque esa exigencia va en
