La medida fue acatada por SEOM y los trabajadores en asamblea de delegados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Acuero salarial en Rafaela<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal present\u00f3 una nueva propuesta salarial, que fue analizada y aprobada en asamblea conjunta de la comisi\u00f3n directiva y el cuerpo de delegados.<br>El acuerdo establece una recomposici\u00f3n salarial del 16% con m\u00ednimos garantizados, seg\u00fan el siguiente esquema:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Febrero: 8% + salario m\u00ednimo garantizado de $900.000<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abril: 5% + salario m\u00ednimo garantizado de $940.000<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Junio: 3% + salario m\u00ednimo garantizado de $970.000<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Todos los porcentajes se calculan sobre la base salarial de diciembre, incorporando un 3% a la base de c\u00e1lculo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el resto de las localidades las negociaciones contin\u00faan, aunque las medidas gremiales se encuentran suspendidas en virtud de la conciliaci\u00f3n obligatoria.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Ministerio de Trabajo de la Provincia de Santa Fe dict\u00f3 conciliaci\u00f3n obligatoria.
