El proyecto contempla obras en distintos barrios de la ciudad, priorizando los sectores con mayor necesidad de calles transitables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las oficinas t\u00e9cnicas de la Secretar\u00eda de Infraestructura, Servicios y Ambiente informaron que barrios como Mart\u00edn Fierro, G\u00fcemes, Villa Podio, Mosconi, F\u00e1tima, Los Nogales, Belgrano y Pizzurno presentan pavimento con su vida \u00fatil vencida, por lo que ser\u00e1 necesario reemplazar la carpeta de rodamiento para garantizar seguridad y transitabilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El plan prev\u00e9 pavimento de hormig\u00f3n Tipo I (con cordones integrales) y Tipo VIII (sin cordones), con una vida \u00fatil estimada de 30 a\u00f1os. La obra ser\u00e1 financiada mediante contribuci\u00f3n de mejoras a cargo de los propietarios de los inmuebles beneficiados, con modalidades de pago en cuotas y planes especiales para quienes lo necesiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La primera etapa comenzar\u00e1 en la \u201czona L\u201d, correspondiente al barrio Mora, el sector con menor cantidad de calles pavimentadas. Las etapas posteriores se definir\u00e1n seg\u00fan los avances en la recaudaci\u00f3n de las contribuciones y los informes trimestrales del progreso del plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La ordenanza establece un registro de oposici\u00f3n, criterios para la liquidaci\u00f3n de las contribuciones y faculta al Ejecutivo a ejecutar la obra directamente o mediante contrataci\u00f3n parcial de personal y equipos, asegurando una ejecuci\u00f3n ordenada y transparente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con este plan, Rafaela avanza hacia la modernizaci\u00f3n de su infraestructura vial, mejorando la conectividad, la seguridad y la calidad de vida de los vecinos, con un sistema equitativo de financiamiento basado en contribuci\u00f3n de mejoras.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La iniciativa busca ejecutar obras de pavimento y repavimentaci\u00f3n en diversos barrios de Rafaela.
