Por Emilio Grande (h.).-<\/strong> Durante la sesi\u00f3n ordinaria de este jueves los concejales declararon de inter\u00e9s municipal la dedicaci\u00f3n de Alejandro Pedro Mascardi,\u00a0reconociendo su compromiso con las instituciones rafaelinas. Ha tenido y tiene una activa participaci\u00f3n en instituciones de nuestra ciudad, su dedicaci\u00f3n, empe\u00f1o, esp\u00edritu colaborativo lo han distinguido en cada lugar por el que ha pasado y en los que sigue participando activamente. La responsabilidad puesta de manifiesto en cada proyecto llevado a cabo da cuenta de un rafaelino apasionado, ejemplar y perseverante. Estuvieron presentes su mujer Susana Valenti y amigos de distintos ambientes sociales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En un mundo donde prima el individualismo y el lucro personal, Mascardi dedic\u00f3 gran parte de sus horas productivas al florecimiento de las instituciones de la ciudad. Decidido y con mucho empe\u00f1o para lograr lo que considera bueno y necesario. Interesado en ofrecer y apoyar distintas iniciativas culturales para Rafaela. Supo generar lazos entra\u00f1ables y duraderos con sus compa\u00f1eros musicales e institucionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lisandro M\u00e1rsico baj\u00f3 de la presidencia (reemplazado por Paz Caruso) para defender el proyecto, mencionando un largo itinerario: presidi\u00f3 la C\u00e1mara Junior, en 1970 fue secretario privado del intendente Rodolfo Muriel, fue interventor del Instituto Municipal de la Vivienda donde se concretaron se concretaron 3 planes habitacionales (66 casas), ocup\u00f3 la direcci\u00f3n de Cultura, pidi\u00f3 licencia gremial para ser secretario general del SEOM, quien luego de jubilarse sigui\u00f3 tramitando jubilaciones. En 1966 fue uno de los fundadores del Coro Polif\u00f3nico Municipal, gan\u00f3 el Pre-Cosqu\u00edn primer lugar en 1975, en 1981 integr\u00f3 el espect\u00e1culo \u201cRafaela mi ciudad\u201d en homenaje al centenario de la ciudad, fue uno de los fundadores del grupo coral del CCR, donde fue presidente 22 a\u00f1os y represent\u00f3 al CCR en la Comisi\u00f3n para la Promoci\u00f3n de la Cultura, impuls\u00f3 el ciclo de m\u00fasica de c\u00e1mara, fue \u00e1rbitro de rugby, integr\u00f3 las comisiones de los clubes Independiente y Quilmes, fue presidente del tribunal de penas de Asociaci\u00f3n Rafaelina de B\u00e1squet, integr\u00f3 la comisi\u00f3n de las 300 Indy que corri\u00f3 en 1971, impuls\u00f3 la creaci\u00f3n del Centro Toscano en 2002, tambi\u00e9n integr\u00f3 la comisi\u00f3n \u201cRafaela tiene sed\u201d, entre otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEs una persona que dej\u00f3 su huella en las organizaciones y lugares donde fue convocado siempre para colaborar. Compart\u00ed con \u00e9l en el Tribunal de Penas de la Asociaci\u00f3n Rafaelina de B\u00e1squet, donde hab\u00eda que sancionar a los clubes, los jugadores y las hinchadas, mostrando tino, capacidad y templanza para conducir el tribunal con resultados componedores, en un clima adverso para solucionar problemas. Hablamos de su responsabilidad, honestidad solidaridad, dedicaci\u00f3n, quien desinteresadamente siempre dej\u00f3 parte de su vida y de su familia en instituciones que potencian la ciudad\u201d, destac\u00f3 el Presidente del Concejo Municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A su turno, Juan Senn valor\u00f3 que Alejandro transit\u00f3 en muchas de las 350 instituciones intermedias que hay en Rafaela. En la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, fue parte del progreso de Rafaela, entreg\u00f3 viviendas a familias que necesitan y ser\u00e1 una de las cosas que no se olvidar\u00e1. Como dice Sagardoy, los homenajes tienen que hacerse en vida. A pesar de que termin\u00f3 como titular de varias instituciones, sigui\u00f3 en sus comisiones directivas, en un momento que es muy dif\u00edcil que la gente se involucre, bridando en las instituciones un granito de arena para una sociedad mucho mejor\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finalmente, hizo uso de la palabra el propio Mascardi, agradeciendo \u201cal Concejo este homenaje con el reconocimiento por lo que hice desinteresadamente y lo sent\u00ed en cada uno de los casos. Agradecer a mi esposa que me aguant\u00f3 en la crianza de los hijos (Alejandro y Mariana), quienes viven en otros lugares, y a la ciudad por haber otorgado esta distinci\u00f3n, que es extensiva a mucha gente que colabor\u00f3 conmigo en el IMV como capataces y asistentes sociales, a las familias acompa\u00f1ando en este momento, que lo llevo muy adentro\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
