La primera ordenanza tributaria del Intendente Viotti duplic\u00f3 la tasa de inter\u00e9s llev\u00e1ndola del 2,5% mensual al 5%. \u201cEn ese momento lo acompa\u00f1amos porque el proceso inflacionario dejaba totalmente desactualizado los importes, iba a ser conveniente no pagar y eso iba a impactar en los recursos municipales. Hoy la situaci\u00f3n es totalmente al rev\u00e9s, si te atrasas los intereses son desmedidos\u201d, coment\u00f3 Caruso.<br>Concretamente, el proyecto propone modificar los art\u00edculos 29\u00ba y 30\u00ba de la ordenanza tributaria reduciendo la tasa de inter\u00e9s mensual para regularizar deudas municipales al 2%. En cambio, mantiene el valor para las deudas en gesti\u00f3n judicial. \u201cHay que dar se\u00f1ales claras, hay que incentivar a que los contribuyentes puedan cumplir y valorar a quienes se acercan a solucionar el problema cuando se atrasan\u201d, continu\u00f3 Senn.<br>El proyecto ser\u00e1 tratado en comisi\u00f3n el pr\u00f3ximo lunes y seguramente requerir\u00e1 la presencia de los funcionarios del Departamento Ejecutivo para conocer su postura. Soltermam plante\u00f3: \u201cEstamos en un momento dif\u00edcil y, por ejemplo, la Tasa Municipal aument\u00f3 360% en el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o y medio. Es l\u00f3gico pensar que la gente se atrase, pero si quer\u00e9s hacer un convenio de pago y te someten a estos intereses es imposible\u201d.<br>Es importante sostener los recursos municipales, hacer an\u00e1lisis de los ingresos y gastos y en funci\u00f3n de eso trabajar en propuestas. \u201cSomos una Municipalidad que administra tributos, no una cueva financiera que cambia cheques\u201d, cerr\u00f3 Racca.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u201dComo se encuentra la normativa, el formato responde m\u00e1s al funcionamiento de una financiera que un municipio\u201d, expres\u00f3 la oposici\u00f3n sobre los intereses que aplica el Municipio cuando se genera una deuda.
