{"id":342,"date":"2005-10-22T22:44:14","date_gmt":"2005-10-22T20:44:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sabado100.com.ar\/?p=342"},"modified":"2005-10-22T22:44:14","modified_gmt":"2005-10-22T20:44:14","slug":"responsabilidad-para-votar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sabado100.com.ar\/es-ar\/responsabilidad-para-votar\/","title":{"rendered":"Responsabilidad para votar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La pobre campa\u00f1a electoral ya termin\u00f3 y en estas horas el ciudadano tiene que discenir serenamente a quien votar\u00e1 en forma responsable en esta elecciones legislativas.<br \/>\nCuando el presidente Kirchner critica y busca diferenciarse de la vieja pol\u00edtica de los Menem, De la R\u00faa, Duhalde es un charlat\u00e1n porque utiliza las mismas pr\u00e1cticas clientel\u00edsticas.<br \/>\nAlgunos ejemplos: hace unas semanas el Gobierno estuvo entregando electrodom\u00e9sticos con total desparpajo en la provincia de Buenos Aires y se anunciaron obras p\u00fablicas hace unos d\u00edas en Tierra del Fuego cuando est\u00e1 prohibido.<br \/>\nAl respecto, es claro el C\u00f3digo Electoral Nacional al prohibir al Gobierno durante 7 d\u00edas anteriores a los comicios realizar actos inaugurales de obras p\u00fablicas, como el lanzamiento o la promoci\u00f3n de planes, proyectos o programas de alcance colectivo.<br \/>\nEn otros pa\u00edses este plazo dura entre 30 y 60 d\u00edas para asegurar el principio de igualdad durante el proceso electoral y evitar el manejo clientelar de los recursos p\u00fablicos, opina Christian Gruenberg, director de Transparencia del Centro de Implementaci\u00f3n de Pol\u00edticas P\u00fablicas para la Equidad y el Crecimiento.<br \/>\n\u00bfHay vac\u00edo legal en la provincia de Santa Fe en esta materia? Tambi\u00e9n es grotesco que el canciller Rafael Bielsa no haya renunciado o tomado una licencia para ser candidato a diputado nacional por Buenos Aires. Lo mismo ocurre con el ministro de Salud de la provincia de Santa Fe, Juan Sylvestre Begnis, candidato a diputado nacional.<br \/>\nEn este contexto de an\u00e1lisis, la votaci\u00f3n es un hecho moral complejo. No es suficiente elegir por simpat\u00eda, por afinidad ideol\u00f3gica, por las promesas electorales. Ser responsable quiere decir poder responder con nuestro s\u00ed a la construcci\u00f3n de una sociedad mejor, sostiene el presb\u00edtero rafaelino Hern\u00e1n P\u00e9rez Etchepare, director de la revista mensual \u201cLa liturgia cotidiana\u201d.<br \/>\nHagamos valer el voto de manera responsable buscando a los candidatos que impulsan proyectos que incluya a todos.
