{"id":3235,"date":"2013-03-02T16:52:57","date_gmt":"2013-03-02T14:52:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sabado100.com.ar\/?p=3235"},"modified":"2013-03-02T16:52:57","modified_gmt":"2013-03-02T14:52:57","slug":"inseguridad-creciente-en-la-ciudad-de-rafaela","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sabado100.com.ar\/es-ar\/inseguridad-creciente-en-la-ciudad-de-rafaela\/","title":{"rendered":"Inseguridad creciente en la ciudad de Rafaela"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Por Emilio Grande (h.).- En los \u00faltimos tiempos la Perla del Oeste viene dejando de ser la ciudad \u201cmodelo\u201d o \u201cisla\u201d que fue acu\u00f1ada hace algunos a\u00f1os porque tiene problemas como cualquier poblaci\u00f3n mediana o grande de la Argentina.<br \/>\nUna de las preocupaciones que m\u00e1s afecta a la gente es la inseguridad o la falta de la tranquilidad que supo haber no hace mucho, dejando las puertas sin llave, ventanas sin rejas o sent\u00e1ndose en la vereda en las noches de verano.<br \/>\nBasta mirar las noticias de los diarios locales, escuchar las radios o la televisi\u00f3n para escuchar los duros testimonios de los rafaelinos, entre ellos el de Agust\u00edn Aresse, quien fue reciente v\u00edctima de su local Azul Profundo en la segunda cuadra de Saavedra, denunciando el hecho p\u00fablicamente en el diario La Opini\u00f3n y tambi\u00e9n en este programa radial, incluido un encuentro que tuvo con el ministro de Seguridad Ra\u00fal Lamberto.<br \/>\nDespu\u00e9s de tanta movida ahora fue detenido el ladr\u00f3n, quien fuera tambi\u00e9n autor de varios hechos il\u00edcitos en nuestra ciudad. En este contexto se suma el pedido de distintas vecinales por mayor seguridad, entre ellas la del Sarmiento, 9 de Julio y Mosconi.<br \/>\nDe las \u00faltimas visitas del ministro provincial Lamberto a nuestra ciudad, luego de los reclamos y petitorios entregados, el funcionario prometi\u00f3 m\u00e1s asistencia de m\u00f3viles (se entregaron cinco motos) y agentes policiales.<br \/>\nLas autoridades locales (intendente Luis Castellano y el senador Alcides Calvo) han solicitado unos 200 agentes policiales para el departamento Castellanos, cuando generalmente la mayor distribuci\u00f3n de agentes est\u00e1n en Santa Fe y Rosario.<br \/>\nConviene recordar que el ex jefe de Polic\u00eda de la URV Juan Postovit hab\u00eda sido entrevistado en este programa de radio en 2005, se\u00f1alando que faltaban 220 polic\u00edas en nuestro Departamento y en ese momento hab\u00eda 566 efectivos policiales. En esa oportunidad record\u00f3 que en 1960 en el departamento Castellanos contaba con unos 630 polic\u00edas, pero la poblaci\u00f3n era menos del 50% de la actualidad, con otra realidad social y menos conflictiva que en el presente.<br \/>\nLa falta de agentes policiales no es un problema nuevo sino que viene desde hace varios a\u00f1os y se repite en gobiernos de distintos signos pol\u00edticos.
