Obeid  ,  el mismo diario  \u201cEl Litoral\u201d , y el prestigioso  matutino \u201cLa Opini\u00f3n\u201d de Rafaela  denominaron respectivamente : \u201cCELEBRAN EN TOSTADO EL FIN DE LA GUERRA DEL AGUA\u201d y \u201cEL PRIMER TR\u00c0MITE PARA UNA OBRA MUY IMPORTANTE\u201d ,  (Oct. 1996) , donde el primer mandatario Santafesino anunciaba con bombos y platillos  la construcci\u00f3n de un acueducto entre Romang-cercano a Reconquista-hacia Tostado-Ceres-Sunchales,etc.- A un costado de  la gran noticia publicaban ambos diarios las observaciones  y cr\u00edticas que jocosamente el autor de \u00e9ste art\u00edculo realizaba a \u00e9sa divulgada   obra  de ejecuci\u00f3n  absurda y costo fara\u00f3nico nominadas como \u201cEL ACUEDUCTO CON  SENTIDO  INVERSO\u201d en  La  Opini\u00f3n  y \u201cASI O AL REV\u00c9S\u201d??? por el vespertino Santafesino.-   Entre  otras cosas dec\u00eda :  \u201cse imaginan las risas de los t\u00e9cnicos , economistas y asignadores de recursos de los organismos crediticios cuando miren el mapa y caigan en cuenta que les piden financiaci\u00f3n para una obra que realizada  en sentido inverso (Sunchales-Tostado),  costar\u00eda menos de la mitad .\u00bfo nunca pedir\u00e1n financiaci\u00f3n? \u201c .- \u201cEl acueducto de marras  constituir\u00e1 para el futuro un ejemplo de obras que formar\u00e1n parte de la galer\u00eda del absurdo o de la falta de sentido com\u00fan\u201d&#8230;&#8230; .-<\/p>\n<p>SITUACI\u00d3N  ACTUAL  (Octubre de 2005)<br \/>\n                                        Pasaron los a\u00f1os , otra vez cercanas las elecciones y nuevamente en el poder el mismo Ing.
