{"id":2980,"date":"2011-09-24T22:28:11","date_gmt":"2011-09-24T20:28:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sabado100.com.ar\/?p=2980"},"modified":"2011-09-24T22:28:11","modified_gmt":"2011-09-24T20:28:11","slug":"mirada-piamontesa-del-centro-rafaelino","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sabado100.com.ar\/es-ar\/mirada-piamontesa-del-centro-rafaelino\/","title":{"rendered":"Mirada piamontesa del centro rafaelino"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La pol\u00e9mica decisi\u00f3n de hacer abortar la modernizaci\u00f3n de nuestro centro por parte de quienes se sienten perjudicados y la posici\u00f3n al parecer de no ceder un \u00e1pice por parte del Municipio, trajo como consecuencia una serie de opiniones que todos pudieron ver, o\u00edr y leer en los distintos medios. Al margen de este asunto voy a hacer una observaci\u00f3n. Muchos de los  \u201ccomentaristas\u201d o \u201ccriticones\u201d tachan a los disidentes como avaros y miserables o &#8211; lo que para ellos es lo mismo &#8211; de \u201cpiemonteses\u201d. Nada m\u00e1s equivocado. Hace 130 a\u00f1os vinieron los piemonteses a Rafaela desde un pa\u00eds que no les pod\u00eda dar, lamentablemente, m\u00e1s que guerras, miseria y hambre. Y vaya si supieron lo que era la miseria y el hambre! Aqu\u00ed encontraron otro mundo donde si \u201cpon\u00edas el lomo\u201d hac\u00edas dinero y com\u00edas todos los d\u00edas. Pero el temor ya enraizado en sus mentes de que quiz\u00e1s un d\u00eda pod\u00edan verse de nuevo enredados entre el hambre y la miseria, le hac\u00edan cuidar el centavo con toda el alma. Pero no eran avaros ni miserables se\u00f1ores \u201ccomentaristas\u201d, sino miren lo que es Rafaela hoy. La pujante ciudad se levant\u00f3 gracias al aporte mayoritario de aquellos gringos que, aunque trabajaban en el campo, miraban un poco m\u00e1s all\u00e1 y constru\u00edan en la ciudad. Muchos de los hermosos edificios con los que a\u00fan hoy cuenta nuestro centro fueron hechos por cuenta de \u201cmiserables piemonteses\u201d, y son m\u00e1s que los que despu\u00e9s construyeron sus j\u00f3venes descendientes. El Centro Comercial e Industrial utiliza hoy, por ejemplo, un espectacular palacio estilo franc\u00e9s que un \u201cavaro piemont\u00e9s\u201d hizo edificar para que sea su vivienda familiar. Al parecer no repar\u00f3 en costos pero s\u00ed en aportar comodidad a su familia y en ofrecer un bello edificio a la ciudad que le dio todo.
