{"id":29638,"date":"2024-10-08T13:39:14","date_gmt":"2024-10-08T13:39:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sabado100.com.ar\/es-ar\/?p=29638"},"modified":"2024-10-08T22:53:24","modified_gmt":"2024-10-08T22:53:24","slug":"rafaela-voto-a-la-adhesion-al-paro-de-los-judiciales-para-este-jueves-10-de-octubre","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sabado100.com.ar\/es-ar\/rafaela-voto-a-la-adhesion-al-paro-de-los-judiciales-para-este-jueves-10-de-octubre\/","title":{"rendered":"Rafaela vot\u00f3 la adhesi\u00f3n al paro de los judiciales para este jueves 10 de octubre"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En muy concurrida asamblea llevada a cabo esta ma\u00f1ana en el hall de Tribunales de nuestra ciudad, los trabajadores judiciales decidieron llevar a cabo una medida de fuerza para este jueves 10 de octubre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se trata de un paro por 24 horas sin asistencia a los lugares de trabajo, moci\u00f3n que fue apoyada por unanimidad y por aclamaci\u00f3n, cuya medida tendr\u00e1 lugar en todo el territorio provincial y no se hac\u00eda una medida de fuerza hace m\u00e1s de 30 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En la oportunidad, estuvieron presentes la gran mayor\u00eda de los empleados del servicio judiciario, Tribunales, MPA, SPPDP, como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n asistieron funcionarios judiciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Conforme se viene explicando en los \u00faltimos tiempos, el malestar reconoce varias causales. Siendo la principal la injustificada e ileg\u00edtima postura del gobernador Maximiliano Pullaro al no refrendar formalmente las propuestas que la Corte Suprema de Justicia viene girando a la Casa Gris en cuanto a ingresos, ascensos y promociones del personal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es preciso recordar que todos esos ingresos y promociones se basan en concursos p\u00fablicos, exigentes y transparentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde comienzos de a\u00f1o se han venido llevando a cabo gestiones. Hubo reuniones con los ministros de Seguridad y de Gobierno, Pablo Coccocioni y Fabi\u00e1n Bast\u00eda. Tambi\u00e9n con el secretario de Justicia Santiago Mascheroni. Asimismo, por separado tanto la Corte Suprema como el Colegio de Magistrados y Funcionarios insistieron con la solicitud. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La \u00faltima instancia fue un pedido de audiencia al Gobernador por parte del Sindicato de Trabajadores Judiciales, la cual no siquiera tuvo respuesta, por cuanto se dieron por agotadas las instancias de di\u00e1logo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Se trata de un paro por 24 horas sin asistencia a los lugares de trabajo, moci\u00f3n que fue apoyada por unanimidad y por aclamaci\u00f3n.
