{"id":2805,"date":"2010-11-22T01:05:02","date_gmt":"2010-11-21T23:05:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sabado100.com.ar\/?p=2805"},"modified":"2010-11-22T01:05:02","modified_gmt":"2010-11-21T23:05:02","slug":"la-vieja-terminal-como-centro-educativo-cultural","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sabado100.com.ar\/es-ar\/la-vieja-terminal-como-centro-educativo-cultural\/","title":{"rendered":"La vieja Terminal como centro educativo cultural"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Despu\u00e9s de bastante tiempo en el que se debati\u00f3 p\u00fablicamente sobre el futuro de la vieja Terminal de \u00d3mnibus de Rafaela entre dos proyectos en danza: hacer un shopping comercial o destinarlo a la cultura, todo parece indicar que su destino ser\u00e1 este \u00faltimo.<br \/>\nHace unos d\u00edas se realiz\u00f3 un seminario no vinculante para justamente debatir sobre 12 proyectos que se realiz\u00f3 en la Sociedad Rural de Rafaela con la participaci\u00f3n de distintos actores sociales de nuestra ciudad.<br \/>\nLas propuestas son: Centro C\u00edvico y Cultural de Rafaela, Intercambio Cultural, Complejo Cultural Municipal, Centro Cultural Municipal, Condensador Social Centro de Desarrollo Cultural y Comercial, Reserva del patrimonio hist\u00f3rico rafaelino y paseo cultural, Agora ciudad Rafaela, Centro Cultural paseo gastron\u00f3mico y edificio de uso flexible, Territorios de urbanidad procesos de gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica para la articulaci\u00f3n de la densificaci\u00f3n y apropiaci\u00f3n de espacios p\u00fablicos, Centro de interpretaci\u00f3n cultural y de eventos, Multi-espacio Rafaela y Centro Educativo Cultural.<br \/>\nFueron presentadas por profesionales, entidades culturales e intermedias, estudiantes, grupos privados y el gobierno provincial. Del debate y el intercambio de ideas surgi\u00f3 el consenso de preservar este antiguo mercado en un espacio cultural. M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de todas las propuestas presentadas enseguida surge c\u00f3mo se financiar\u00e1 la inversi\u00f3n a realizar.<br \/>\nUno de los que m\u00e1s chances tiene es el proyecto del Gobierno de Santa Fe. La propuesta provincial incluye una escuela secundaria con orientaci\u00f3n en teatro y artes esc\u00e9nicas, una f\u00e1brica cultural, una cooperativa de trabajo en dise\u00f1o y un centro de producci\u00f3n.<br \/>\nTambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n contemplados incorporar los museos y la biblioteca existentes, pero no se sabe si en el caso de los museos de la Fotograf\u00eda y de Bellas Artes se mantendr\u00e1n o se demoler\u00e1n para hacerlos nuevos. M\u00e1s all\u00e1 que estos museos fueron construidos en la intendencia de Ricardo Peirone (inaugurados a fines de los noventa), son modernos en la construcci\u00f3n y est\u00e1n bien equipados para mantener las obras con temperaturas acordes.<br \/>\nLa Provincia pidi\u00f3 al Municipio la cesi\u00f3n del espacio edilicio, que en su momento fue ofrecido para construir el Centro C\u00edvico pero el Gobierno que fue desechado por no reunir las condiciones.
