{"id":2796,"date":"2010-10-31T04:55:06","date_gmt":"2010-10-31T02:55:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sabado100.com.ar\/?p=2796"},"modified":"2010-10-31T04:55:06","modified_gmt":"2010-10-31T02:55:06","slug":"nestor-kirckner-murio-en-su-propia-ley","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sabado100.com.ar\/es-ar\/nestor-kirckner-murio-en-su-propia-ley\/","title":{"rendered":"N\u00e9stor Kirckner muri\u00f3 en su propia ley"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Por Emilio Grande (h.).- La noticia de la muerte de N\u00e9stor Kirchner producida en la ma\u00f1ana del mi\u00e9rcoles \u00faltimo mientras se realizaba el censo nacional produjo un revuelo nacional e internacional.<br \/>\nM\u00e1s all\u00e1 del respeto a la investidura de un ex presidente, el dolor de su esposa y actual presidente Cristina Fern\u00e1ndez y de su familia y de los miles de militantes kirchneristas, la figura de Kirchner pasar\u00e1 a la historia \u201csin pena ni gloria\u201d porque tuvo una oportunidad hist\u00f3rica y fue desaprovechada.<br \/>\nA pesar de que siempre fui muy cr\u00edtico de los Kirchner tambi\u00e9n hay que reconocerle los hechos positivos: la renovaci\u00f3n de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, la Asignaci\u00f3n Universal por Hijo, los convenios colectivos de trabajo, la instalaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas generando gran debate nacional, la relaci\u00f3n con los pa\u00edses latinoamericanos.<br \/>\nA decir verdad, N\u00e9stor y Cristina tuvieron rasgos autoritarios que cuando lo denunci\u00f3 Elisa Carri\u00f3 parec\u00eda una locura: no aceptar al que piensa diferente en la l\u00f3gica de Carl Schmitt \u201camigo-enemigo\u201d y lo m\u00e1s grave no dar conferencias de prensa.<br \/>\nSu estilo confrontativo lo llev\u00f3 a pelearse con muchos actores sociales: los productores agropecuarios en el 2008 que termin\u00f3 con el voto no positivo de Julio Cobos, los empresarios con los recordados piquetes de los camioneros, la Iglesia, la Corte, los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n y periodistas, sin olvidar los graves hechos de corrupci\u00f3n en los 2 gobiernos: de N\u00e9stor y Cristina, por caso la valija con los 800.000 d\u00f3lares que vinieron de Venezuela.<br \/>\nAdem\u00e1s, el no apego a la Constituci\u00f3n Nacional: por ejemplo el reciente fallo de la Corte para restituir al ex fiscal Eduardo Sosa, echado por N\u00e9stor en 1995 cuando era gobernador de Santa Cruz, la sesgada mirada de los derechos humanos sobre los a\u00f1os duros de los militares y los grupos guerrilleros, la mala utilizaci\u00f3n de estos derechos queriendo asociar la venta de Papel Prensa a supuestas presiones y lo m\u00e1s grave es el veto presidencial del aumento del 82% m\u00f3vil a los jubilados votado por el Congreso cuando la mayor\u00eda gana 1.000 pesos porque tambi\u00e9n es un derecho humano.<br \/>\nNi hablar de la cuestionable ley de medios obligando a las empresas a deshacerse de radios y televisi\u00f3n en un a\u00f1o con cautelares interpuestas que llegaron hasta la Corte fallando en contra del Gobierno, el f\u00fatbol para todos con 600 millones de pesos anuales y la berreta propaganda oficialista.<br \/>\n\u00bfC\u00f3mo gobernar\u00e1 Cristina el a\u00f1o que le queda de su mandato? \u00bfQui\u00e9nes ser\u00e1n sus asesores ahora que no est\u00e1 N\u00e9stor? \u00bfQui\u00e9nes ser\u00e1n los encargados de ordenar el justicialismo?\u00bfQui\u00e9n le pondr\u00e1 l\u00edmites a la ambici\u00f3n de Hugo Moyano?<br \/>\nKirchner termin\u00f3 su vida en su propia ley, no escuchando los consejos m\u00e9dicos luego de dos operaciones realizadas este a\u00f1o, haciendo pol\u00edtica y manejando la econom\u00eda como si no hubiera pasado nada, pero como dice la Biblia el que siembra vientos de odios y rencores cosecha tempestades&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Se trata del editorial del programa radial \u00abS\u00e1bado 1o0\u00bb por Mitre Rafaela (FM 91,9) que conduce Emilio Grande (h.).
