{"id":2698,"date":"2010-06-05T15:36:59","date_gmt":"2010-06-05T13:36:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sabado100.com.ar\/?p=2698"},"modified":"2010-06-05T15:36:59","modified_gmt":"2010-06-05T13:36:59","slug":"das-neves-no-vetara-el-aborto","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sabado100.com.ar\/es-ar\/das-neves-no-vetara-el-aborto\/","title":{"rendered":"Das  Neves no vetar\u00e1 el aborto"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Seg\u00fan public\u00f3 en tapa el Diario la Jornada del d\u00eda de la fecha, el Gobernador de Chubut, Mario Das Neves, promulgar\u00e1 y reglamentar\u00e1 el proyecto sobre \u201caborto no punible\u201d sancionado por la legislatura de Chubut el pasado 20 de mayo (Vid Notivida 692, 693 y 694).<\/p>\n<p>En expresiones vertidas a ese medio, Das Neves afirm\u00f3 que la norma: \u201cEs lo m\u00e1s humanitario que puede haber, \u00fanicamente retr\u00f3grados se pueden oponer\u201d \u00bf\u201cHumanitario\u201d un mecanismo para eliminar -sistem\u00e1ticamente e intencionalmente- personas inocentes e indefensas? \u00bf\u201dRetr\u00f3grado\u201d pretender que el gestor del  Bien Com\u00fan en la provincia no elimine una parte sustancial de su poblaci\u00f3n?<\/p>\n<p>Al referirse al pedido de veto de la Corporaci\u00f3n de Abogados Cat\u00f3licos manifest\u00f3: \u201cyo tambi\u00e9n soy cat\u00f3lico, y Dios no quiera, pero si tuvieran un familiar en esa circunstancia\u201d, quisiera saber \u201csi seguir\u00edan pensando lo mismo\u201d. \u201cMe parece \u2013continu\u00f3 Das Neves- que hay que dejar algunos dogmas de lado, hay que ser un poco m\u00e1s realistas y fundamentalmente m\u00e1s humanistas. Hay sectores muy duros, muy fachos, que no toleran este tema\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Recordemos que la norma a la que Das Neves aludi\u00f3 introduce en las inconstitucionales excusas absolutorias del art. 86 del C\u00f3digo Penal, todos los casos de violaci\u00f3n y el peligro para la salud ps\u00edquica de la gestante. La no exigencia de pruebas en el primer caso y los alcances difusos del segundo, provocan -en la pr\u00e1ctica- la legalizaci\u00f3n del aborto a petici\u00f3n y en cualquier etapa gestacional.
