la futura conformaci\u00f3n Corte Suprema de Justicia"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAdministrar justicia es una de las m\u00e1s insignes tareas que el hombre puede ejercer (\u2026) Los que se dedican a ello han de estar adornados de virtudes humanas, en particular grandeza de esp\u00edritu, prudencia, sabidur\u00eda, integridad y fortaleza\u201d (carta del papa Francisco al presidente de la Corte Suprema de Justicia de Argentina, 23-3-13).<br>En momentos en que el Poder Ejecutivo ha propuesto al Honorable Senado de la Naci\u00f3n la postulaci\u00f3n de candidatos para ocupar puestos en la Corte Suprema de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n, los socios de ACDE \u201cnos sentimos en la necesidad de recordar que quienes accedan a tan magno servicio al bien com\u00fan deben ser funcionarios \u00edntegros y honestos, comprometidos con el cumplimiento imparcial de la ley y la defensa de los derechos fundamentales de todos los ciudadanos\u201d.<br>Como lo afirmaba el papa Francisco en su carta citada, a la hora de seleccionar candidatos debemos traer a la memoria \u201clos bellos ideales de ecuanimidad, imparcialidad y nobles miras que caracterizaron a los grandes magistrados que han pasado a la historia de la humanidad por la rectitud de su conciencia, los conspicuos valores que los distingu\u00edan y la irreprochabilidad con que llevaron a cabo su servicio al pueblo\u201d.<br>En este sentido, \u201cqueremos peticionar a las autoridades responsables que lleven a cabo un proceso de selecci\u00f3n riguroso, que garantice la designaci\u00f3n de funcionarios comprometidos con la justicia y la equidad, que respete las leyes vigentes y los compromisos y est\u00e1ndares internacionales a los que la Argentina adhiri\u00f3 expl\u00edcitamente\u201d.<br>Asimismo, quienes tienen la responsabilidad de nominar a los candidatos deben velar por la promoci\u00f3n de una adecuada representaci\u00f3n de varones y mujeres, con toda la riqueza que de ello puede devenir para el propio organismo y para la igualdad de oportunidades en todos los \u00e1mbitos del Poder Judicial.<br>La confianza en el sistema judicial, basada en un estricto cumplimiento de las leyes y la consecuente seguridad jur\u00eddica, es fundamental para crear un clima de negocios favorable, el cual permita atraer inversiones, fomente la innovaci\u00f3n, la competencia, el desarrollo productivo y convierta a la Argentina en un pa\u00eds viable.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Se trata de un comunicado sobre los
