{"id":26122,"date":"2024-03-20T17:43:51","date_gmt":"2024-03-20T20:43:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sabado100.com.ar\/?p=26122"},"modified":"2024-03-20T17:43:51","modified_gmt":"2024-03-20T20:43:51","slug":"no-hubo-irregularidades-ni-rendiciones-de-cuentas-mal-hechas-en-la-gestion-anterior","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sabado100.com.ar\/es-ar\/no-hubo-irregularidades-ni-rendiciones-de-cuentas-mal-hechas-en-la-gestion-anterior\/","title":{"rendered":"\u201cNo hubo irregularidades ni rendiciones de cuentas mal hechas en la gesti\u00f3n anterior\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En relaci\u00f3n a informaciones err\u00f3neas acerca de irregularidades supuestamente cometidas por la gesti\u00f3n municipal anterior en las rendiciones de cuentas del Plan Nacional de Primera Infancia, los concejales Mar\u00eda Paz Caruso, Juan Senn, Mart\u00edn Racca y Valeria Soltermam aclararon que no hubo absolutamente ning\u00fan tipo de anormalidad ni de desviaci\u00f3n, sino que los fondos otorgados fueron empleados correctamente para los fines adecuados, y rendidos con la documentaci\u00f3n respaldatoria correspondiente.<br>Cabe recordar que la ministra de Capital Humano, Sandra Petovello, denunci\u00f3 a exfuncionarios nacionales vinculados con el anterior Ministerio de Desarrollo Social de la Naci\u00f3n, la Secretar\u00eda de Ni\u00f1ez, Adolescencia y Familia, y la Subsecretaria de Primera Infancia, por presuntos hechos de corrupci\u00f3n. A ra\u00edz de ello, surgi\u00f3 la versi\u00f3n local de que habr\u00eda habido procedimientos inadecuados en el uso de fondos aportados por dichas \u00e1reas para el Jard\u00edn Materno Infantil Municipal N\u00b0 3, sede Zazpe, de Rafaela.<br>Los mencionados concejales manifestaron que la Justicia deber\u00e1 realizar la investigaci\u00f3n correspondiente a nivel nacional, pero desde ya aseguraron que, en lo que respecta a nuestra ciudad, existe la tranquilidad absoluta de que los procedimientos se cumplieron con total transparencia.<br>\u00abEn su momento fue muy importante para Rafaela recibir estos aportes, y es una obligaci\u00f3n de la actual gesti\u00f3n municipal aportar toda la informaci\u00f3n y todas las pruebas que demuestren que la ejecuci\u00f3n de esos fondos en nuestra Municipalidad fue llevada a cabo con total claridad\u00bb, reclamaron los ediles. \u00abEs un deber legal y moral que las \u00e1reas t\u00e9cnicas municipales que ahora est\u00e1n a cargo presenten toda la documentaci\u00f3n, que existe y est\u00e1 debidamente registrada, para esclarecer y rectificar las versiones trascendidas en algunos medios de comunicaci\u00f3n, y que esta situaci\u00f3n no sea aprovechada con mala intenci\u00f3n para desinformar y generar sospechas injustas\u00bb, enfatizaron.<br>\u201cLa transparencia tiene que atravesar cualquier gesti\u00f3n, y nosotros velamos y trabajamos por cumplir ese objetivo, sin perder de vista que la ciudad de Rafaela fue pionera en la provincia de Santa Fe en la creaci\u00f3n de \u00e1reas y programas de auditor\u00eda y control de gesti\u00f3n\u00bb, agregaron. \u00abPrecisamente, hasta 2023, Rafaela fue beneficiada con numerosos aportes debido al buen uso de los fondos, y la puntualidad y la meticulosidad de sus rendiciones, y esa costumbre no debe perderse, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de qui\u00e9n gobierne ahora\u00bb, se\u00f1alaron.<br>Mediante una minuta, los concejales Senn, Caruso, Racca y Soltermam han exigido a la gesti\u00f3n del intendente Leonardo Viotti que aporte r\u00e1pidamente, sin demoras y sin obviar ning\u00fan dato, todas las pruebas que acrediten que las rendiciones de los aportes para los jardines municipales se han realizado decuadamente y de acuerdo con las normativas establecidas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Afirmaron los concejales de
