{"id":25360,"date":"2024-01-28T20:57:21","date_gmt":"2024-01-28T23:57:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sabado100.com.ar\/?p=25360"},"modified":"2024-01-28T20:57:21","modified_gmt":"2024-01-28T23:57:21","slug":"el-municipio-gestiona-herramientas-ante-la-demanda-habitacional","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sabado100.com.ar\/es-ar\/el-municipio-gestiona-herramientas-ante-la-demanda-habitacional\/","title":{"rendered":"El Municipio gestiona herramientas ante la demanda habitacional"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Luego del sorteo de las viviendas en barrio Mora, la comunidad rafaelina se encuentra a la expectativa de las dem\u00e1s obras que est\u00e1n en marcha, como los 315 lotes y las viviendas en barrio San Jos\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El intendente Leonardo Viotti junto al conductor ejecutivo del Instituto Municipal de la Vivienda, Pierluiggi Chiatti, explicaron que desde el Gobierno municipal planifican nuevas alternativas para concretar el sue\u00f1o de la casa propia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNo solo estamos gestionando ante Provincia y Naci\u00f3n sino tambi\u00e9n estamos dise\u00f1ando herramientas locales para los distintos tipos de familias que necesitan ayuda\u201d, cont\u00f3 el mandatario local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, adelant\u00f3 que \u201cestaremos dando a conocer en el a\u00f1o las herramientas nuevas, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 que las que estaban en marcha como el Construir Juntos. Estamos trabajando mucho para conseguir recursos y crear nuevas alternativas\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por otro lado, es importante mencionar que en el \u00faltimo tiempo se increment\u00f3 la cantidad de inscriptos en el Instituto Municipal de la Vivienda. \u201cActualmente, son m\u00e1s de 8 mil personas\u201d, aclar\u00f3 Chiatti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEsta gran demanda demuestra que ha crecido el d\u00e9ficit habitacional. La situaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica no ha colaborado y ese es el desaf\u00edo que tenemos\u201d, agreg\u00f3 el funcionario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Expectativa por los 315 lotes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEstamos terminando las obras y mientras tanto, estamos realizando las gestiones administrativas para definir el padr\u00f3n definitivo del sorteo\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Leonardo Viotti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sobre el sorteo, dijo que \u201cla idea es utilizar un sistema transparente para que los vecinos tengan la garant\u00eda de que todos tienen el mismo nivel de oportunidades\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Viviendas de barrio San Jos\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con respecto al avance de la obra, Viotti coment\u00f3 que \u201cEst\u00e1 pendiente de lo que el Gobierno nacional decida. Vamos a viajar a la ciudad de Buenos Aires para reunirnos con referentes de distintas \u00e1reas del Gobierno nacional y destrabar el env\u00edo de fondos\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEl avance de la obra es del 60 por ciento. Estas viviendas se construyen a trav\u00e9s del PROCREAR.
