{"id":2460,"date":"2009-10-03T20:26:43","date_gmt":"2009-10-03T18:26:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sabado100.com.ar\/?p=2460"},"modified":"2009-10-03T20:26:43","modified_gmt":"2009-10-03T18:26:43","slug":"el-nuevo-concejo-municipal-a-partir-de-diciembre","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sabado100.com.ar\/es-ar\/el-nuevo-concejo-municipal-a-partir-de-diciembre\/","title":{"rendered":"El nuevo concejo municipal a partir de diciembre"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El domingo se realizaron las elecciones legislativas en la provincia de Santa Fe y en el caso de Rafaela se eligieron cinco bancas, renovando sus lugares Luis Castellano y Jorge Maina (Frente para la Victoria), Luis Peretti (Frente Progresista), V\u00edctor Fard\u00edn (Nuevo Frente) y volver\u00e1 al Concejo Lolo Bauducco (Partido de Acci\u00f3n Vecinal).<br \/>\nAs\u00ed el nuevo mapa legislativo quedar\u00e1 formado con cuatro peronistas (los otros dos son M\u00f3nica Garrappa y H\u00e9ctor Sierra), tres del FP (los restantes son Germ\u00e1n Bottero y Atilio Pignoni), y dos aliados casi incondicionales del Ejecutivo, especialmente Bauducco, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 que el locutor radial haya afirmado que trabajar\u00e1 por Rafaela y no ser\u00e1 oficialista ni opositor.<br \/>\nRespecto a los votos que obtuvieron los candidatos hay que decir que el oficialismo tuvo menos votos que en las elecciones primarias del 2 de agosto (9.400 votos contra 9.700). \u00bfAd\u00f3nde fueron a parar los 4.300 votos de Frana? A decir verdad, el sector de Ricardo Peirone no le aport\u00f3 nada al oficialismo, tambi\u00e9n muchos votos fueron contra Omar Perotti en las primarias y ahora se fugaron a otros candidatos.<br \/>\nPeretti creci\u00f3 casi 1.000 votos pero no le alcanz\u00f3 para un segundo esca\u00f1o (le tocaba a Alejandro Ruiz D\u00edaz) y as\u00ed mantener el lugar que deja Rodolfo Enrico a partir del 10 de diciembre. De todas maneras, el Frente Progresista perdi\u00f3 2.400 votos sumando los dos candidatos de las elecciones del 2 de agosto.<br \/>\nEn el caso del Lolo Bauducco aument\u00f3 casi 1.000 votos respecto de la elecci\u00f3n primaria que le permiti\u00f3 volver al Concejo. Le pregunt\u00e9 en la campa\u00f1a cu\u00e1l es la l\u00ednea divisoria entre lo pol\u00edtico (es empleado municipal) y la radio (tiene programas en LT28 y radio 10), contestando que recibe las quejas de los vecinos en la radio y luego con su funci\u00f3n municipal concurre al lugar para solucionar los problemas. Desde lo \u00e9tico debiera elegir una de las dos actividades porque el periodismo se ejerce en forma cr\u00edtica y lejos del poder.<br \/>\nPor su parte, Fard\u00edn tambi\u00e9n creci\u00f3 pasando de los 4.100 votos a 4.650 lo que permiti\u00f3 mantener su banca por cuatro a\u00f1os. \u00bfSeguir\u00e1 con el mismo rol que hasta ahora de inclinarse m\u00e1s por el oficialismo que por la oposici\u00f3n?<br \/>\nOtros candidatos que quedaron afuera pero igualmente tuvieron mejor performance respecto a las elecciones del 2 de agosto fueron: Luis Telesco paso de los 2.300 votos a 3.680 y estuvo a casi 1.000 votos de conseguir una banca. Miguel Acosta de 2.000 votos obtuvo 3.200, Hugo Menossi de 1.800 pas\u00f3 ahora a 2.800 votos.
