El fin de semana con la tradicional \u00abvuelta del perro\u00bb en bulevar Santa Fe se viene una cantidad de motos en la que hay grupos que, con dos personas en una moto, sin casco, la mayor\u00eda sin patente, sin espejitos,sin luz,quisiera saber cu\u00e1ntos tienen seguro y patentes pagos.<br \/>\nAdem\u00e1s, conducen acelerando muy fuerte y en forma agresiva con los decibeles que exceden los par\u00e1metros permitidos, agrediendo a la gente sentada en los canteros y veredas.<br \/>\nTambi\u00e9n se paran delante de los bares existentes acelerando y cubriendo de humo y algunos con detonadores de falsas explosiones, siendo agresivo para los presentes.<\/p>\n<p>(2) Lo de las motos es realmente preocupante y ac\u00e1 se puede educar, controlar y reprimir.<br \/>\nEn escuelas y colegios&#8230; siempre hay guardas municipales conduciendo a los ni\u00f1os cuando llegan y salen de los establecimientos educativos.<br \/>\nHay padres, t\u00edos y abuelos que llevan y buscan a sus hijos a las escuelas en moto frente la presencia de guardas municipales.<br \/>\n\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 no controlan que llegan sin casco, sin patente, sin espejito?<br \/>\n\u00bfHay actitud de la Municipalidad para cambiar esta situaci\u00f3n?<\/p>\n<p>(3) Frente a la plaza, siempre hay guardas municipales.<br \/>\nAll\u00ed llegan las motos y estacionan donde se les ocurre, incluso si no tienen lugar en sus d\u00e1rsenas (gratis!), los autos (pagan), no caminan 1 cuadra para estacionar donde hay lugar sino que lo hacen lo m\u00e1s cerca posible incurriendo en faltas de todo tipo.<br \/>\nEn este plano tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n las motos y bicicletas que cruzan los sem\u00e1foros en rojo porque no les interesa respetar a los transe\u00fantes.<br \/>\nLa mayor cantidad de accidentes en Rafaela los protagonizan las motos porque muchas van contramano, sobre la vereda y bajan a la calle sin importar si la mano va o viene.<br \/>\nComo reflexi\u00f3n final, todos los que s\u00ed usan casco, pagan seguro, cuentan con patente y los espejitos, \u00bfc\u00f3mo se sienten?
