{"id":2185,"date":"2009-03-02T17:27:38","date_gmt":"2009-03-02T15:27:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sabado100.com.ar\/?p=2185"},"modified":"2009-03-02T17:27:38","modified_gmt":"2009-03-02T15:27:38","slug":"reeleccion-indefinida-del-polemico-chavez","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sabado100.com.ar\/es-ar\/reeleccion-indefinida-del-polemico-chavez\/","title":{"rendered":"Reelecci\u00f3n indefinida del pol\u00e9mico Ch\u00e1vez"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Recientemente, se aprob\u00f3 la enmienda constitucional que permite la reelecci\u00f3n indefinida del presidente venezolano Hugo Ch\u00e1vez con el 54,36% (6.003.594 votos), mientras que optaron por el no el 45,63%, (5.040.082 votos).<br \/>\nA decir verdad, con esta reforma legal se agudizar\u00e1n las agresiones y hostigamientos contra los defensores de los derechos humanos, periodistas y opositores pol\u00edticos.<br \/>\nAl respecto, Alejandro Silva -especialista en temas de derechos humanos de Am\u00e9rica Latina- estim\u00f3 que \u201chay un buen n\u00famero de defensores de derechos humanos que han sido objeto de agresiones, atentados y asesinatos, as\u00ed como periodistas que han expresado su disenso respecto a la situaci\u00f3n democr\u00e1tica del pa\u00eds. Muchos de estos han sido atribuidos por el gobierno como el hampa com\u00fan. Entonces, el escenario nos lleva a pensar que la situaci\u00f3n se va a poner mucho m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil para estas personas y obviamente para los opositores pol\u00edticos\u201d.<br \/>\nEl experto dijo que el panorama se complica porque ya existe un desarrollo normativo que prev\u00e9 figuras absolutamente criminalizadoras de las actividades de defensa de los derechos fundamentales y de promoci\u00f3n de la democracia de este pa\u00eds.<br \/>\nLa impunidad es el signo del denominador com\u00fan en estos hechos y en un escenario donde se polarizar\u00e1 mucho m\u00e1s la protesta y el descontento social, puesto que a Ch\u00e1vez se le est\u00e1 acabando el dinero proveniente del petr\u00f3leo, por la crisis financiera y por el ahondamiento de la criminalidad com\u00fan y los problemas de abastecimiento.<br \/>\nAdem\u00e1s, generar\u00e1 otro problema: la desatenci\u00f3n de las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas a favor de la poblaci\u00f3n venezolana. Ch\u00e1vez propiciar\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n un total abandono de pol\u00edticas que de alguna manera la poblaci\u00f3n viene solicitando que se implemente, como son los temas de seguridad ciudadana y abastecimiento de productos de primera necesidad.<br \/>\nEl analista rafaelino Virgilio Jim\u00e9nez Grotter hizo unas preguntas en voz alta: \u00bfc\u00f3mo hacerle entender a Ch\u00e1vez que no resulta saludable para ning\u00fan sistema institucional que alguien se eternice en el poder? \u00bfLo comprender\u00e1n otros pol\u00edticos que pretenden seguir sus pasos, como Evo Morales en Bolivia?<br \/>\nM\u00e1s all\u00e1 de realizarse elecciones populares en Venezuela, Ch\u00e1vez presenta rasgos autoritarios. Durante la campa\u00f1a electoral se hab\u00eda mostrado contrario a las declaraciones del Lech Walesa quien estuvo en contra de la reelecci\u00f3n indefinida. \u201cSi viene a Venezuela no lo dejaremos entrar\u201d, dijo, por lo cual el ex presidente polaco cancel\u00f3 la visita.
