Cerca de 500 personas se concentraron este martes frente a la sede de Protecci\u00f3n Vial y Comunitaria del Municipio, bajo la consigna \u201cEspacios de trabajo libres de violencia\u201d, en la jornada de reflexi\u00f3n resuelta por SEOM.
La convocatoria tuvo la finalidad de acompa\u00f1ar, visibilizar y renovar el compromiso de toda la comunidad en la erradicaci\u00f3n de la violencia en todas sus manifestaciones, espec\u00edficamente en los \u00e1mbitos laborales.
El evento tuvo una fuerte carga emocional y los sentimientos inundaron el reclamo, aflorando la imperiosa necesidad de construir un mundo m\u00e1s justo en el que no haya lugar para la violencia, el acoso, hostigamientos o abuso de poder y, por el contrario, haya m\u00e1s igualdad y oportunidades para todos.
All\u00ed se hicieron presentes delegados, trabajadores de toda la provincia, organizaciones sindicales y de la sociedad civil, agrupaciones de mujeres y disidencias, concejalas, autoridades y comunidad en general.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Las trabajadoras expresaron consignas referidas a las diferentes formas que asume la violencia en el \u00e1mbito laboral, y que evidencian la seriedad de las situaciones vividas: \u201cobligar al personal a ejecutar tareas que menoscaben su dignidad personal o profesional\u201d, \u201cobstaculizar o imposibilitar la ejecuci\u00f3n de una actividad, u ocultar las herramientas o elementos necesarios para concretar una tarea atinente a su puesto\u201d, \u201chostigar o promover su hostigamiento psicol\u00f3gico por parte de terceras personas\u201d, \u201camenazarla repetidamente\u201d, \u201cnegarle injustificadamente y de manera reiterada cursos de capacitaci\u00f3n que le son concedidos a otros\u201d, \u201cobstaculizar deliberada e injustificadamente, el desarrollo profesional, el ascenso en la carrera, o las eventuales mejoras en su situaci\u00f3n laboral\u201d, \u201cincomodar, en forma persistente y reiterada, con palabras, gestos, bromas, comentarios ir\u00f3nicos o insultos, en raz\u00f3n de su desempe\u00f1o laboral o profesional, g\u00e9nero, orientaci\u00f3n sexual, ideolog\u00eda, edad, nacionalidad u origen \u00e9tnico, religi\u00f3n, estado civil, discapacidad, caracter\u00edsticas f\u00edsicas, situaci\u00f3n familiar, social, econ\u00f3mica, o cualquier circunstancia que implique distinci\u00f3n, exclusi\u00f3n, restricci\u00f3n, discriminaci\u00f3n o menoscabo. Es violencia laboral<\/strong>\u201d.
Luego de la lectura del documento, la jornada finaliz\u00f3 con un abrazo simb\u00f3lico al lugar, en claro apoyo y solidaridad hacia las compa\u00f1eras v\u00edctimas de violencia, cuyo coraje en alzar la voz hizo posible el desenlace positivo de la situaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Acerca del conflicto<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Luego de que SEOM manifestara haber recibido reiteradas denuncias de parte del grupo de mujeres que trabajan dentro del \u00e1rea Protecci\u00f3n Vial y Comunitaria sobre situaciones de abuso de poder, desigualdad de g\u00e9nero y violencia laboral, psicol\u00f3gica, simb\u00f3lica y sexual, un plenario de delegadas determin\u00f3 la realizaci\u00f3n de una medida gremial para este martes 25 de abril.
La situaci\u00f3n fue creciendo hasta que m\u00e1s de 30 mujeres trabajadoras del \u00e1rea mencionada realizaron su denuncia formal en el \u00e1mbito administrativo facilitado por el sindicato.
Finalmente, el Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal suspendi\u00f3 a los cinco coordinadores del \u00e1rea, iniciando el proceso de sumario correspondiente.
En este contexto, la comisi\u00f3n directiva de SEOM con el mandato de delegados resolvi\u00f3 realizar la medida como una jornada de reflexi\u00f3n, entendiendo la necesidad de visibilizar la gravedad de lo sucedido, y de demostrar el compromiso de toda la comunidad para que eventos semejantes no se repitan ni en \u00e9ste ni en ning\u00fan lugar de trabajo, p\u00fablico o privado.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
