{"id":2105,"date":"2008-11-17T14:29:35","date_gmt":"2008-11-17T12:29:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sabado100.com.ar\/?p=2105"},"modified":"2008-11-17T14:29:35","modified_gmt":"2008-11-17T12:29:35","slug":"denuncia-penal-contra-el-rema","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sabado100.com.ar\/es-ar\/denuncia-penal-contra-el-rema\/","title":{"rendered":"Denuncia penal contra el REMA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El vecino Jorge Pigozzi present\u00f3 una denuncia penal ante la fiscal\u00eda a cargo Hugo Degiovanni, quien luego corri\u00f3 el traslado correspondiente al Juzgado Correccional de Osvaldo Carlos.<br \/>\nLa misma se fundamenta en maltrato y abandono que recibi\u00f3 su perro siberiano Kevin en el REMA (Refugio Municipal de Animales). El lunes pr\u00f3ximo fue citado para declarar, advirtiendo que \u00abhay testigos y pruebas en esta causa. Es m\u00e1s, hab\u00eda otros perros que ten\u00edan garrapatas, existiendo un descuido terrible\u00bb.<br \/>\nKevin se hab\u00eda perdido el 12 de octubre \u00faltimo en el barrio Mosconi, teniendo problemas para caminar por artrosis y estaba medicado. Lo hizo conocer en programas radiales del Lolo en LT28 y FM 96,5. Luego, integrantes de la GUR lo vieron al d\u00eda siguiente hasta que una mujer de Susana advirti\u00f3 que pod\u00eda estar alojado en el REMA.<br \/>\n\u00abCuando llegamos al lugar el se\u00f1or de la puerta se mostr\u00f3 con mala predisposici\u00f3n y mala educaci\u00f3n. Encontr\u00e9 a mi perro en un canil embichado en el ano y en el pene, rodeado de materia fecal y orina y no se pod\u00eda levantar. Estaba llorando y acompa\u00f1ado de otros perros\u00bb, testimoni\u00f3 Pigozzi ante la consulta de este cronista.<br \/>\nY agreg\u00f3: \u00abLos perros tienen el mismo derecho a no ser maltratados y por qu\u00e9 no dan a conocer cuando encuentran a un perro en la calle, en este caso un siberiano. Me indign\u00f3 la falta de sensibilidad de la persona que estaba al ingreso. Estoy dolido por la actitud y el maltrato\u00bb.<br \/>\nContinu\u00f3 el relato diciendo que \u00ablo llevamos al veterinario, pero por su mal estado fue internado con suero y hubo que higienizarlo, pero al poco tiempo muri\u00f3 por estr\u00e9s\u00bb.<br \/>\nSu denuncia tambi\u00e9n ser\u00e1 radicada en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas ante la fiscal\u00eda municipal. \u00abVoy a seguir con este hecho hasta que pueda\u00bb, se entusiasm\u00f3.<br \/>\n\u00abYo entiendo que hay superpoblaci\u00f3n, que hay gente que abandona a los perros y el Municipio tiene que hacerse cargo y tambi\u00e9n que no hace castrar a sus mascotas\u00bb, analiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Emilio Grande (h.)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La present\u00f3 Jorge Pigozzi por maltrato y abandono que sufri\u00f3 su perro siberiano Kevin -luego muri\u00f3- en el Refugio Municipal.
