{"id":20668,"date":"2023-03-21T20:12:26","date_gmt":"2023-03-21T23:12:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sabado100.com.ar\/?p=20668"},"modified":"2023-03-21T20:12:26","modified_gmt":"2023-03-21T23:12:26","slug":"retenciones-este-gobierno-no-escucha","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sabado100.com.ar\/es-ar\/retenciones-este-gobierno-no-escucha\/","title":{"rendered":"Retenciones: este Gobierno no escucha&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La sequ\u00eda y las altas temperaturas r\u00e9cord han impactado de lleno en la producci\u00f3n: seg\u00fan la Bolsa de Cereales, la producci\u00f3n de soja ser\u00e1 de 25 M tn, frente a 44 M de 2022, y la de ma\u00edz de 36 M tn, vs 52 M el a\u00f1o anterior. Ser\u00e1 la producci\u00f3n m\u00e1s baja desde 2001. En 2018\/19, la producci\u00f3n de granos hab\u00eda sido de 137 M tn; para este a\u00f1o se estima 84 M, unas 50 M de tn menos. El stock vacuno ha sufrido p\u00e9rdidas irreparables, por incendios, falta de pasto y agua, sobre todo en la provincia de Corrientes, y en otras tambi\u00e9n. Lo mismo ocurre con la producci\u00f3n l\u00e1ctea, con los mismos problemas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se perder\u00e1n ingresos de exportaci\u00f3n en 2023 en el orden de USD 21.000 M, una ca\u00edda de 45% de las exportaciones agroindustriales totales. El problema de la falta de reservas en el BCRA se agravar\u00e1, faltar\u00e1n m\u00e1s importaciones, y los problemas en la cadena de pagos agropecuaria en todo el pa\u00eds ser\u00e1n severos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El gobierno anunci\u00f3 una serie de medidas tributarias y crediticias el 31 de enero pasado, antes del agravamiento de la sequ\u00eda, y hasta ahora se ha implementado poco y nada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde CRA le queremos recordar al nuevo gobierno que asuma el 10 de diciembre, que en abril de 2018 el gobierno anterior al actual entr\u00f3 en crisis de Balanza de Pagos, con cesaci\u00f3n de colocaci\u00f3n de deuda p\u00fablica voluntaria internacional por la desconfianza, fundamentalmente debido a la sequ\u00eda de esa campa\u00f1a, y a otros problemas. Luego debi\u00f3 recurrir al FMI, y la econom\u00eda no se recompuso m\u00e1s desde entonces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con las retenciones, este gobierno no nos escucha; se lo decimos al pr\u00f3ximo gobierno: al eliminarlas gana el pa\u00eds. Un informe realizado por Ernesto O&#8217;Connor, economista jefe de CRA demostr\u00f3, por ejemplo, que al eliminar las retenciones al trigo desde 2016, cuando la superficie sembrada pas\u00f3 de 3 M a 7 M de hect\u00e1reas de producci\u00f3n del cereal. Ser\u00eda bueno repetir aciertos, y no errores, eliminando las retenciones y dando un impulso exportador con convicci\u00f3n a toda la producci\u00f3n agropecuaria y de econom\u00edas regionales.
