El municipio cuenta m\u00e1s bien con acciones puntuales aisladas dentro del \u00e1rea espec\u00edfica de seguridad. Pero tenemos que advertir que, si ese enfoque de trabajo no se cambia, la situaci\u00f3n no va a mejorar de manera sostenida. Para que eso ocurra, Rafaela necesita de manera urgente un plan de acci\u00f3n integral que aborde la problem\u00e1tica desde la ra\u00edz\u201d destaca el dirigente en el documento<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En septiembre de 2021 desde Ciudad Progresista se elaboraron algunas propuestas vinculadas a esta tem\u00e1tica.
