Por Emilio Grande (h.).-<\/strong> En la sesi\u00f3n ordinaria del jueves \u00faltimo, el cuerpo legislativo aprob\u00f3 el proyecto de resoluci\u00f3n sobre el concurso fotogr\u00e1fico Concejo Municipal de Rafaela 2\u00ba edici\u00f3n, siendo justificado por la edil Alejandra Sagardoy, pero aclar\u00f3 que el autor del proyecto es el presidente Germ\u00e1n Bottero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEl objetivo es un proyecto, que yo hab\u00eda presentado, para que el Concejo tenga cercano a la fecha de Rafaela (24 de octubre) una acci\u00f3n en la sociedad, invitando a los rafaelinos a participar de un concurso fotogr\u00e1fico\u201d, destac\u00f3 Bottero ante la consulta de este cronista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Y agreg\u00f3: \u201cLa pandemia trastoc\u00f3 bastante la idea original, por eso empezamos efectivamente el a\u00f1o pasado con la primera edici\u00f3n con la presentaci\u00f3n de unas 15 obras. Obviamente, que es un concurso destinado a lo amateur, es decir, no profesionales de la fotograf\u00eda y para cualquier tipo de gente con posibilidades, incluso tomar fotos desde un celular, no teniendo una complejidad de c\u00e1maras y de tecnolog\u00eda que haga que algunos s\u00ed y otros no puedan participar\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En este sentido, el concejal radical se entusiasm\u00f3 con que \u201cesperamos contar con m\u00e1s participantes que la anterior edici\u00f3n. La tem\u00e1tica es patrimonio, que es amplio como un edificio, una cultura que nos identifica, algo que tiene que ver con nuestras historia, or\u00edgenes y ra\u00edces. Surgi\u00f3 de la charla entre los concejales, no es que se vot\u00f3 y se decidi\u00f3 en forma consensuada. Cuando surgen otros temas quedan para el a\u00f1o que viene\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aclar\u00f3 que \u201cel concurso se financia con fondos propios que pone a disposici\u00f3n, teniendo premios en efectivo, incluso un peque\u00f1o reconocimiento quienes ofician de jurado\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Actualmente, la primera edici\u00f3n se est\u00e1 exponiendo en la sala de sesiones \u00abMirta Rodr\u00edguez\u00bb del Concejo de Sunchales \u201ca trav\u00e9s de la presidente Andrea Ochat, quien nos pidi\u00f3 las fotograf\u00edas y las imprimimos en calidad fotogr\u00e1fica, porque est\u00e1n pensando en hacer algo parecido y tambi\u00e9n como una manera de circulaci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conviene recordar que los ganadores fueron 1) Premio: \u00abAnimarse y ser\u00bb, de Ver\u00f3nica Sartorio; 2) Premio: \u00abOficio de libres\u00bb,  de Maximiliano Chiosso; 3) Premio: \u00abJueves\u00bb, de Alex Carlini; 1) Menci\u00f3n: \u00abMaternar en aislamiento\u00bb, de Juliana Foti; y 2) Menci\u00f3n: \u00abPandemonio\u00bb, de Ariana Ortenzi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Detalles del concurso<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

En la oportunidad, se dispone la realizaci\u00f3n la segunda edici\u00f3n del \u201cConcurso fotogr\u00e1fico Concejo Municipal de Rafaela\u201d. La tem\u00e1tica del concurso para el presente a\u00f1o es \u201cpatrimonio hist\u00f3rico rafaelino\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los premios son los siguientes: 1\u00ba) $ 120.000, 2\u00ba) $ 75.000, 3\u00ba) $ 45.000, 1\u00ba) menci\u00f3n $ 15.000 y 2\u00ba) menci\u00f3n $ 15.000. Se designaron como integrantes del jurado evaluador a  Gina Remonda, Omar Yacob y Ver\u00f3nica Andrenelli. Se fij\u00f3 la suma de 12.000 pesos en concepto de reconocimiento por la tarea desempe\u00f1ada como jurados de la segunda edici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La convocatoria est\u00e1 destinada a personas que se desempe\u00f1en en el arte visual de modo aficionado, residentes en la ciudad de Rafaela y mayores de 18 a\u00f1os. La recepci\u00f3n de las obras se inici\u00f3 el 22 de septiembre y finaliza el 12 de octubre. La publicaci\u00f3n de los ganadores se realizar\u00e1 el 24 de octubre a trav\u00e9s de la web oficial del Concejo Municipal y en sus redes sociales. Los premios ser\u00e1n entregados el d\u00eda 27 de octubre.
