{"id":1733,"date":"2007-12-21T23:15:20","date_gmt":"2007-12-21T21:15:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sabado100.com.ar\/?p=1733"},"modified":"2007-12-21T23:15:20","modified_gmt":"2007-12-21T21:15:20","slug":"triunfo-provida-en-la-pampa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sabado100.com.ar\/es-ar\/triunfo-provida-en-la-pampa\/","title":{"rendered":"Triunfo provida en La Pampa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Jorge consider\u00f3 que el proyecto del socialista Adr\u00ed\u00e1n Peppino sancionado por la  Legislatura pampeana el pasado 29 de noviembre es anticonstitucional, lo que le acarrear\u00eda juicios al Estado provincial.<br \/>\nEn los fundamentos del veto se alega que el proyecto sancionado colisiona con el tipo restrictivo de la legislaci\u00f3n penal vigente. Y que extender el concepto de salud, mencionado por el art. 86 del C\u00f3digo Penal, al \u201cestado de bienestar f\u00edsico, ps\u00edquico y social\u201d garantiza la pr\u00e1ctica del aborto en todos los casos. Se destaca asimismo que la regla que el mismo C\u00f3digo prescribe para que el aborto no sea punible es que el peligro para la salud de la mujer no pueda ser evitado por otro medio.<\/p>\n<p>Afirmando en consecuencia que la norma modificar\u00eda y ampliar\u00eda las causales absolutorias previstas por el C\u00f3digo Penal de la Naci\u00f3n, prerrogativa otorgada al Congreso de la Naci\u00f3n, por el art\u00edculo 75 inciso 12 de la Constituci\u00f3n Nacional.
