{"id":1720,"date":"2007-12-08T22:50:08","date_gmt":"2007-12-08T20:50:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sabado100.com.ar\/?p=1720"},"modified":"2007-12-08T22:50:08","modified_gmt":"2007-12-08T20:50:08","slug":"chavez-de-invencible-a-derrotado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sabado100.com.ar\/es-ar\/chavez-de-invencible-a-derrotado\/","title":{"rendered":"Ch\u00e1vez: de invencible a derrotado"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En el refer\u00e9ndum del domingo \u00faltimo en Venezuela marc\u00f3 un antes y un despu\u00e9s: por escaso margen pero mayor\u00eda al fin (el 50,7% de los votos) perdi\u00f3 por primera vez el presidente Hugo Ch\u00e1vez.<br \/>\nLos venezolanos le pusieron l\u00edmite y reaccionaron en contra de la reforma constitucional que propon\u00eda la reelecci\u00f3n ilimitada en el poder y con ello la profundizaci\u00f3n de la revoluci\u00f3n bolivariana a trav\u00e9s de una econom\u00eda con principios socialistas.<br \/>\nLo escandaloso del caso fue que los resultados se conocieron nueve horas despu\u00e9s de cerrado el comicio a las 19,30 horas del domingo, mientras el consejo electoral hab\u00eda garantizado que demorar\u00eda dos horas en informar. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 se demoraron los resultados tan re\u00f1idos?<br \/>\nA decir verdad, Ch\u00e1vez esper\u00f3 hasta lo \u00faltimo para saber si la tendencia se revert\u00eda a su favor. En su intimidad explot\u00f3 de bronca, expresando que \u201cme mintieron, me enga\u00f1aron\u201d, en referencia a los asesores que lo acompa\u00f1aron.<br \/>\nDe todas maneras, el pol\u00e9mico y autoritario Ch\u00e1vez \u2013electo hace ochos a\u00f1os- continuar\u00e1 en el poder durante muchos a\u00f1os m\u00e1s: hasta el 2013, pero seg\u00fan \u00e9l su proyecto hab\u00eda fracasado s\u00f3lo por ahora y buscar\u00e1 la manera de insistir con la propuesta.<br \/>\nEn la vereda de enfrente, los l\u00edderes opositores llamaron al di\u00e1logo y a la reconciliaci\u00f3n, y alentada por este triunfo hist\u00f3rico la fragmentada oposici\u00f3n ya comenz\u00f3 a organizarse para los pr\u00f3ximos comicios electorales.<br \/>\nUn p\u00e1rrafo especial para el presidente N\u00e9stor Kirchner quien calific\u00f3 a su par venezolano de gran dem\u00f3crata. En los \u00faltimos tres a\u00f1os, Ch\u00e1vez fue la principal fuente de financiamiento externo de la Argentina, a la que le compr\u00f3 bonos nacionales por 5.000 millones de d\u00f3lares.<br \/>\nEste resultado electoral es saludable para la democracia y para las instituciones venezolanas y latinoamericanas el hecho de que Ch\u00e1vez haya encontrado un obst\u00e1culo dentro de su propio pa\u00eds.<br \/>\nSi hubiera ganado no solamente le hubiera permitido la ampliaci\u00f3n del per\u00edodo electoral sino tambi\u00e9n atribuciones personales para Ch\u00e1vez como el control de las reservas en divisas extranjeras, del banco central y del orden territorial del pa\u00eds, mayores poderes para confiscar propiedades, censurar medios de comunicaci\u00f3n en situaciones de emergencia y la reducci\u00f3n a seis horas de la jornada laboral.<br \/>\n\u00bfQu\u00e9 clase de dem\u00f3crata es Ch\u00e1vez que domina la Asamblea Nacional, la Corte Suprema y la compa\u00f1\u00eda de petr\u00f3leos? \u00bfQu\u00e9 pluralista es este presidente venezolano que no renov\u00f3 la licencia a Radio Caracas Televisi\u00f3n luego de 53 a\u00f1os en el aire?
