{"id":17152,"date":"2022-06-05T19:27:10","date_gmt":"2022-06-05T22:27:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sabado100.com.ar\/?p=17152"},"modified":"2022-06-05T19:27:10","modified_gmt":"2022-06-05T22:27:10","slug":"acde-rechaza-el-proyecto-de-ampliacion-de-la-corte-de-justicia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sabado100.com.ar\/es-ar\/acde-rechaza-el-proyecto-de-ampliacion-de-la-corte-de-justicia\/","title":{"rendered":"ACDE rechaza el proyecto de ampliaci\u00f3n de la Corte de Justicia"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Asociaci\u00f3n Cristiana de Dirigentes de Empresa (ACDE) manifiesta su rotundo rechazo al proyecto del Poder Ejecutivo de ampliar de 5 a 25 el n\u00famero de miembros de la Corte Suprema de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n, representando el inter\u00e9s de cada una de las provincias.<br>En conjunto con todas nuestras asociaciones provinciales, conformadas por hombres y mujeres de empresa cristianos, consideramos que esta iniciativa representa una manipulaci\u00f3n de las instituciones con el verdadero fin de someter a la Justicia al Poder Ejecutivo, en una clara alteraci\u00f3n de la independencia de poderes que debe regir en nuestra Naci\u00f3n.<br>\u00danicamente llegar\u00e1n inversiones productivas y se generar\u00e1 empleo genuino en la Argentina si la divisi\u00f3n de poderes est\u00e1 garantizada y la Justicia es administrada en forma independiente de los intereses del Gobierno.<br>La Corte Suprema ya cuenta con car\u00e1cter federal al ser sus jueces nombrados por el Senado de la Naci\u00f3n, cuyos miembros responden a las provincias.
