{"id":15165,"date":"2021-12-22T11:57:09","date_gmt":"2021-12-22T14:57:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sabado100.com.ar\/?p=15165"},"modified":"2021-12-22T11:57:09","modified_gmt":"2021-12-22T14:57:09","slug":"fape-energico-repudio-del-pase-sanitario-obligatorio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sabado100.com.ar\/es-ar\/fape-energico-repudio-del-pase-sanitario-obligatorio\/","title":{"rendered":"FAPE: en\u00e9rgico repudio del \u201cpase sanitario obligatorio\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A solo 1 d\u00eda del inicio de la implementaci\u00f3n del \u201cPase Sanitario obligatorio\u201d para todas las personas de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, y a menos de 15 d\u00edas de la implementaci\u00f3n a nivel nacional, esta Federaci\u00f3n Argentina de Pastores Evang\u00e9licos expresa su en\u00e9rgico repudio, ratificando el comunicado anterior, de fecha 6 de diciembre de 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pese a encontrarse esta cuesti\u00f3n en constante discusi\u00f3n pol\u00edtica cambiante, la implementaci\u00f3n del \u201cPase Libre\u201d (que de libre no tiene nada) comenzar\u00eda desde ma\u00f1ana martes 21 de diciembre de 2021, generando la prohibici\u00f3n de ingreso a: actividades culturales, deportivas, religiosas y recreativas en espacios cerrados, entre otras cosas, dentro de las que se pueden destacar (si no cambian las cosas) los tr\u00e1mites ante entidades oficiales, as\u00ed como la realizaci\u00f3n de tr\u00e1mites ante organismos p\u00fablicos provinciales y municipales (como pudiera ser pedir turno para la VTV), tr\u00e1mites presenciales ante entidades privadas, ingreso a Bancos, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En consecuencia, desde FAPE debemos expresar que la vacunaci\u00f3n obligatoria (no voluntaria) es una medida temeraria, propia de un R\u00e9gimen no democr\u00e1tico. Extra\u00f1\u00e1ndonos el silencio de la oposici\u00f3n, ya que \u201c\u2026Ning\u00fan habitante de la Naci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 obligado a hacer lo que no manda la ley, ni privado de lo que ella no proh\u00edbe.\u201d (Art\u00edculo 19 CN) Por lo que, de no pasar por el Congreso esta cuesti\u00f3n, no alcanza con que Kicillof o el mismo Presidente quieran imponer esto por decreto o resoluci\u00f3n ministerial conjunta, ya que la misma, ser\u00eda a todas luces inconstitucional.
