ahogando a la producci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los sectores productivos hoy en la Argentina afrontan tasas de tributaci\u00f3n impositiva de niveles confiscatorios; la m\u00e1s alta de Am\u00e9rica Latina seg\u00fan un informe del FMI (Fondo Monetario Internacional) si se suman los tres estamentos del Estado: Nacional, Provincial y Municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A esto se suma la reciente&nbsp;<strong>modificaci\u00f3n del criterio de aplicabilidad del ajuste por inflaci\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;en los balances de las empresas, en la&nbsp;<strong>Ley de Impuesto a las Ganancias<\/strong>, que b\u00e1sicamente anula la aplicaci\u00f3n plena del&nbsp;<strong>ajuste y vuelve&nbsp;<\/strong>al esquema de aplicaci\u00f3n por tercios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La modificaci\u00f3n del art\u00edculo 149 de la ley, dice que \u00abdeber\u00e1 imputarse un tercio (1\/3) en ese per\u00edodo fiscal y los restantes dos tercios (2\/3), en partes iguales, en los dos (2) per\u00edodos fiscales inmediatos siguientes\u00bb, de prosperar esto el pago de \u00abganancias por tenencia\u00bb y el \u00abpago por ganancias ficticias impulsadas por el guarismo inflacionario\u00bb se ver\u00e1n potenciados impactando de lleno negativamente en todo el espectro de los planteos productivos de la Argentina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En un pa\u00eds donde las urgencias se vuelven regla y no excepci\u00f3n;&nbsp;<strong>ninguna empresa, ning\u00fan emprendedor, ning\u00fan productor puede invertir y crecer con semejantes niveles de tributaciones y la incertidumbre como dogma rector de los procesos productivos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Esta modificaci\u00f3n actuar\u00e1 sobre las cadenas de la misma forma que lo har\u00eda una suba del porcentaje tributado<\/strong>, esto&nbsp;<strong>complicar\u00e1 la ya fr\u00e1gil situaci\u00f3n productiva; en un<\/strong>&nbsp;contexto de&nbsp;<strong>rentabilidades en los puntos de quiebre<\/strong>&nbsp;para muchos sectores y a esto tenemos que sumar una&nbsp;<strong>mayor tasa extractiva de impuestos<\/strong>, es decir&nbsp;<strong>menor producci\u00f3n<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>menor<\/strong>&nbsp;capacidad de&nbsp;<strong>reinversi\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>y nulo crecimiento<\/strong>&nbsp;en forma inmediata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00abLas empresas crecen inversamente proporcional a los retiros que se haga de las mismas\u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Esta es una ley de producci\u00f3n que nuestros legisladores parecen
