A prop\u00f3sito del ecocidio\u00bb por Facebook live a trav\u00e9s de la fanpage del C\u00edrculo de la Prensa de Rafaela (CPR), con acceso libre y gratuito.<br \/>La moderaci\u00f3n estar\u00e1 a cargo del periodista Alejandro Debasto. La actividad es organizada por el CPR, en el marco del ciclo de charlas 2021. Cuenta con el acompa\u00f1amiento de UCES Rafaela, UCSE DAR, Sindicato de Luz y Fuerza Rafaela, y Rafaela TV M\u00f3vil.<br \/>El expositor naci\u00f3 en Rafaela, estudi\u00f3 Derecho en la UNL y est\u00e1 radicado en la capital provincial. Es integrante de la Asociaci\u00f3n Argentina de Abogados Ambientalistas, asesor de la entidad organizadora y co-fundador de \u201cCapibara. Naturaleza, Derecho y Sociedad\u201d.<br \/>Es docente de Derecho Constitucional, Sociolog\u00eda Jur\u00eddica y Teor\u00eda Sociol\u00f3gica en la UCSF; docente de los cursos virtuales \u201cDerechos de la Naturaleza. Un abordaje te\u00f3rico, pr\u00e1ctico e interdisciplinar\u201d y \u201cAcceso a la justicia ambiental\u201d y docente del Curso \u201cDerecho Animal. Un acercamiento te\u00f3rico, pr\u00e1ctico e interdisciplinar\u201d (FCJS-UNL). Desde el 2016, se desempe\u00f1a como coordinador acad\u00e9mico del seminario permanente sobre \u201cSociolog\u00eda y Derecho\u201d (Centro de Investigaciones, FCJS-UNL).<br \/>Cuenta con m\u00e1s de 10 a\u00f1os de experiencia como asesor en pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas, gobierno y administraci\u00f3n; como asesor legislativo a nivel municipal, provincial y federal; y como integrante de equipos para la litigaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica de inter\u00e9s p\u00fablico y de inter\u00e9s de la naturaleza.<br \/>Actualmente, es asesor parlamentario de la Comisi\u00f3n de Recursos Naturales y Conservaci\u00f3n del Ambiente de la C\u00e1mara de Diputados de la Naci\u00f3n; co-director del proyecto \u201cImpactos socio-ambientales de la explotaci\u00f3n de hidrocarburos no convencionales en Vaca Muerta, provincia de Mendoza\u201d (Grupo de Estudios sobre Transici\u00f3n Energ\u00e9tica, GETREN); coordinador de la Campa\u00f1a \u201cDerechos de la Naturaleza en Argentina\u201d (Global Alliance for the Rights of Nature, GARN); investigador principal del proyecto \u201cImpactos socio-ambientales de la Hidrov\u00eda Paran\u00e1-Paraguay\u201d (Asociaci\u00f3n OIKOS &#8211; Red Ambiental); consultor de ONGs nacionales e internacionales que tienen por objeto la protecci\u00f3n del ambiente; abogado de vecinos\/as, comunidades, asambleas y multisectoriales socio-ambientales.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ser\u00e1 el 12 de agosto a las 19:00 titulada \u00abDe los cr\u00edmenes contra la humanidad a los cr\u00edmenes contra la naturaleza.
