{"id":12721,"date":"2021-06-23T22:53:31","date_gmt":"2021-06-24T01:53:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sabado100.com.ar\/?p=12721"},"modified":"2021-06-23T22:53:31","modified_gmt":"2021-06-24T01:53:31","slug":"el-municipio-no-tiene-registro-de-enfermedades-por-fumigaciones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sabado100.com.ar\/es-ar\/el-municipio-no-tiene-registro-de-enfermedades-por-fumigaciones\/","title":{"rendered":"El Municipio no tiene registro de enfermedades por fumigaciones"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Por Emilio Grande (h.).-<\/strong> A ra\u00edz de un proyecto de minuta de comunicaci\u00f3n aprobado por el Concejo Municipal el 14 de agosto de 2020, solicitando al Ejecutivo brindara informaci\u00f3n sobre si exist\u00eda alg\u00fan tipo de registro que \u201cevidencien una posible asociaci\u00f3n entre el uso de fitosanitarios y la mayor ocurrencia de algunas enfermedades en Rafaela\u201d, ahora se conoci\u00f3 la respuesta del DEM, tom\u00e1ndose su tiempo administrativo al pasar por distintas \u00e1reas municipales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En este sentido, el Municipio respondi\u00f3 sucintamente que \u201cno existe registro de lo solicitado\u201d. El citado pedido estuvo para su an\u00e1lisis en la Jefatura de Gabinete, en la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Humano y en la Subsecretar\u00eda de Salud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cHab\u00eda una minuta que contest\u00e9 cuando hice el informe sobre agroqu\u00edmicos y les dije a los concejales que no tenemos registro, durante el informe de gesti\u00f3n que se hizo v\u00eda zoom a fin de mayo pasado. Pero esto no es lo mismo que decir que no haya enfermos por esa causa\u201d, aclar\u00f3 anoche la Jefa de Gabinete Amalia Galanti ante la consulta de este cronista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El proyecto aprobado por unanimidad en aquel momento por el cuerpo legislativo hab\u00eda sido presentada por la edil Marta Pascual (Cambiemos), solicitando al DEM informara sobre tres aspectos espec\u00edficos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Si la Subsecretar\u00eda de Salud del Municipio cuenta con informaci\u00f3n fehaciente y registro que evidencien una posible asociaci\u00f3n entre el uso de fitosanitarios y la mayor ocurrencia de algunas enfermedades en Rafaela.<\/li><li>Si existen registros, en el sistema p\u00fablico de salud de la ciudad sobre un aumento de c\u00e1ncer, enfermedades neurodegenerativas, respiratorias, reproductivas, trastorno en el desarrollo y metab\u00f3licos que se pueda relacionar con el uso o exposici\u00f3n a productos qu\u00edmicos de uso rural, prevaleciendo este factor sobre otros determinantes.<\/li><li>Si en los centros de salud de la ciudad se reciben consultas por cuadros cl\u00ednicos cuyo diagn\u00f3stico causal se asocie al uso o exposici\u00f3n a productos fitosanitarios.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En este contexto, conviene recordar que actualmente existe el l\u00edmite agron\u00f3mico es de 200 metros y hay un proyecto presentado por los concejales oficialistas Brenda Vimo, Jorge Muriel y Juan Senn desde hace varios meses para ser extendido a 1.000 metros, pero no cuenta con el apoyo de los pares de la oposici\u00f3n, sumado a la postura contraria por parte de la Sociedad Rural de Rafaela y los productores en general.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hay que mencionar un fallo del juez en lo Civil, Comercial y Laboral N\u00ba 1 de Rafaela, Duilio Hail en setiembre de 2020, quien resolvi\u00f3 en primera instancia alejar la aspersi\u00f3n terrestre de todo tipo de agroqu\u00edmicos a 1.000 metros de la planta urbana de la ciudad de Sastre y Ortiz, en el departamento San Mart\u00edn. En diciembre pasado, la C\u00e1mara Civil y Comercial local rechaz\u00f3 la apelaci\u00f3n y el pedido de nulidad impulsado por la Municipalidad de Sastre y Ortiz junto a productores agropecuarios contra una sentencia de primera instancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n en diciembre de 2020, la C\u00e1mara Apelaci\u00f3n Civil y Comercial (Sala II) de Santa Fe resolvi\u00f3, con dos votos a favor y una abstenci\u00f3n, dejar firme una sentencia de primera instancia que obligaba a la comuna de Zen\u00f3n Pereyra (departamento Castellanos) a evitar la fumigaci\u00f3n a 1.000 metros de la casa de los denunciantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A decir verdad, se trata de un tema muy sensible para la opini\u00f3n p\u00fablica porque est\u00e1n en juego la salud de la poblaci\u00f3n y, al mismo tiempo, la producci\u00f3n agropecuaria, estando en discusi\u00f3n la utilizaci\u00f3n de los agroqu\u00edmicos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Jefa de Gabinete Amalia Galanti aclar\u00f3 que \u201cno es lo mismo que decir que no haya enfermos por esa causa\u201d.
